Ephesians‬ ‭4 : 1 – 3

“Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4 : 1 – 3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Paul was such an extraordinary example of what it means to be a soldier of Christ. This scripture speaks about upholding your brothers and sisters in Christ not beating them down. Today’s prayer is that we would lift each other up over our faults and help and love one another. If Jesus forgave any and all of our sin what gives us the right to not? Be Blessed and be an encourager!

ANXIETY IS A RESULT OF envisioning the future without GOD. – LUKE 12 : 22 – 26, EPHESIANS 3 : 20 – 21

“ANXIETY IS A RESULT OF envisioning the future without GOD. So the best defense against worry is staying in communication with GOD. When you turn your thoughts toward GOD, you can think much more positively. Remember to listen, as well as to speak, making your thoughts a dialogue with The LORD. If you must consider upcoming events, follow these rules: 1) Do not linger in the future, because anxieties sprout up like mushrooms when you wander there. 2) Remember the promise of The LORD’S continual Presence; include GOD in any imagery that comes to mind. This mental discipline does not come easily, because you are accustomed to being god of your fantasies. However, the reality of GOD’S Presence with you, now and forevermore, outshines any fantasy you could ever imagine.”

Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?” LUKE 12 : 22 – 26

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. EPHESIANS 3 : 20 – 21

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, when I feel anxious, remind me I’m envisioning the future without you. You promise your continual presence with me therefore any gaps in knowledge, wisdom, or ability I have, you’ll supply what I need. Thank you Lord. With you, I have all I need. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,” ‭ ‭Ephesians‬ ‭2 : 4 – 6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Still think you’re not worthy? Still think you are not good enough? This scripture tells us that even though we were not worthy of God’s grace it was freely given to us because of God’s love for us. Grace is not a license to sin, it’s a reason not to. Today’s prayer is that we would live the life that God ordained for each one of us, when you miss the mark REPENT!!! Don’t regress! LOOK TO GOD CONTINUALLY for help, comfort, and companionship. – PSALM 34 : 4 – 6, PSALM 105 : 4, 2 CORINTHIANS 1 : 3 – 4

When you look to GOD for help, it flows freely from HIS Presence. This recognition of your need for GOD, in small matters as well as in large ones, keeps you spiritually alive. When you need comfort, The LORD loves to enfold you in HIS arms. GOD enables you not only to feel comforted but also to be a channel through whom HE comforts others. Thus you are doubly blessed, because a living channel absorbs some of whatever flows through it. GOD’S constant Companionship is the pièce de résistance: the summit of salvation blessings. No matter what losses you experience in your life, no one can take away this glorious gift.”

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 2 CORINTHIANS 1 : 3 – 4

Prayer

Prayer: God I’m so grateful for your constant companionship. When I feel alone I know I never am because you are always with me, comforting me. Use me to comfort others today Lord, just as you have comforted me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Life is full of stress! There are so many different things that can bring stress upon us. The main cause of stress is distrust, if you as a Christian are putting your trust in Jesus there should be no stress, if your trust is in things of the world well there you have it. Today’s prayer is that we would all trust in the Lord with our everything, health, finances, daily life. Live your life as Jesus instructed us to live and trust in him……..Be Blessed

TRY TO STAY CONSCIOUS OF GOD as you go step by step through this day – MATTHEW 28 : 20, HEBREWS 12 : 1 – 2

“TRY TO STAY CONSCIOUS OF GOD as you go step by step through this day. GOD’S Presence with you is both a promise and a protection. The LORD, JESUS CHRIST’S final statement just before HE ascended into heaven was: “Surely I am with you always”. That promise was for all of The LORD’S followers, without exception. The promise of GOD’S Presence is a powerful protection. As you journey through your life, there are numerous pitfalls along the way. Many voices clamor for your attention, enticing you to go their way. A few steps away from your true path are pits of self-pity and despair, plateaus of pride and self-will. If you take your eyes off GOD and follow another’s way, you are in grave danger. Even well-meaning friends can lead you astray if you let them usurp GOD’S place in your life. The way to stay on the path of Life is to keep your focus on The LORD. Awareness of GOD’S Presence is your best protection.”

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I know the path to life is to keep my focus on you. And when I am tempted by my flesh, the world, and the enemy – remind me that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead is in me and greater is He within me than the one who is in the world. Keep me close to you today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

This has always been one of my favorite scriptures, it’s very simple “put God first in everything”. In the world today we live in a “Me” mentality and I believe that is the cause of the epic failure we see in society. Today’s prayer is simple: put God first in everything you do and He will always be Greater……..Be Blessed

TAKE TIME TO BE STILL in GOD’S Presence. – PSALM 46 : 10, NUMBERS 6 : 25 – 26

“TAKE TIME TO BE STILL in GOD’S Presence. The more hassled you feel, the more you need this sacred space of communion with GOD. Breathe slowly and deeply. Relax in GOD’S Holy Presence while HIS Face shines upon you. This is how you receive The LORD’S Peace, which GOD always proffers to you. Imagine the pain GOD feels when HIS children tie themselves up in anxious knots, ignoring HIS gift of Peace. JESUS CHRIST, The LORD died a criminal’s death to secure this blessing for you. Receive it gratefully; hide it in your heart. The LORD’S Peace is an inner treasure, growing within you as you trust in HIM. Therefore, circumstances cannot touch it. Be still, enjoying Peace in GOD’S Presence.”

“The LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” NUMBERS 6 : 25 – 26

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to make time to be still in your presence. I desperately need this time with you each day so you can fill me with your peace, your promises, and your perspective. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Proverbs‬ ‭18 : 10‬

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18 : 10‬ ‭

Where do you seek out your refuge? Who do you go to with every situation? The Lord is a strong tower for us and every situation that we have. We can never have too much for God almighty to handle. Today’s prayer is that we would seek our refuge from the Lord, not the world……..Be Blessed

“GOD IS THE CULMINATION of all your hopes and desires. GOD is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last: who is and was and is to come. Before you knew GOD, you expressed your longing for The LORD in hurtful ways. You were ever so vulnerable to the evil around you in the world. But now The LORD’S Presence safely shields you, enfolding you in HIS loving arms. GOD has lifted you out of darkness into HIS marvelous Light. Though GOD has brought many pleasures into your life, not one of them is essential. Receive The LORD’S blessings with open hands. Enjoy GOD’S good gifts, but do not cling to them. Turn your attention to the Giver of all good things, and rest in the knowledge that you are complete in The LORD. The one thing you absolutely need is the one thing you can never lose: GOD’S Presence with you.”

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 1 PETER 2 : 9 (NKJV)

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. JAMES 1 : 17

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to receive your blessings with open hands, yet not holding onto anything tighter than I hold onto you. You are the giver of all good things. Keep my eyes fixed on you this week. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
