“REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in GOD’S Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons . . . anywhere. Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with GOD. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but The LORD will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to GOD, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days.”

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. Do you feel sometimes like your assignment is fulfilled? Nope!!!! I believe our assignment is life long. Paul knew that going to Rome would be his final assignment of the Lord but was obedient to the end. Opposition awaits us as believers but the gospel is life changing in places that we would least expect. Today’s prayer is that we against our fears would be obedient to our assignments and pray up before heading into them……..Be Blessed

Only in the spirit realm could someone so infinitely great live within someone so very small. Be awed by the Power and the Glory of GOD’S Holy Spirit within you! Though the Holy Spirit is infinite, He deigns to be your Helper. He is always ready to offer assistance; all you need to do is ask. Prayer: Lord thank you for your Holy Spirit who lives within me. He is my helper, guide, my comforter and counselor. Who am I that God would live in me? Help me to rely on You more often this week. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Forgiveness is not very common this day and age ! Life is so short and we are not promised tomorrow, so why hold the grudge? Today’s prayer is we would all live a life full of forgiveness, kindness, humility and love……Be Blessed

“WORSHIP GOD ONLY. GOD is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. GOD is taking care of you! The LORD is not only committed to caring for you, but HE is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in GOD, weary one, for this is a form of worship. Though self-flagellation has gone out of style, many of GOD’S children drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that The LORD is sovereign and that HIS ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent GOD as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship of GOD is lukewarm, because HE is no longer their First Love. GOD’S invitation never changes: Come to GOD, all you who are weary, and HE will give you rest. Worship GOD by resting peacefully in HIS Presence.”

All that we do in life should be unto the Lord and not to ourselves. I believe that God wants us to live a joyful and prosperous life, but giving all the glory to him. “GOD IS PERPETUALLY WITH YOU, taking care of you. That is the most important fact of your existence. GOD is not limited by time or space; GOD’S Presence with you is a forever-promise. You need not fear the future, for GOD is already there. When you make that quantum leap into eternity, you will find The LORD awaiting you in heaven. Your future is in GOD’S hands; The LORD releases it to you day by day, moment by moment. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow. GOD wants you to live this day abundantly, seeing all there is to see, doing all there is to do. Don’t be distracted by future concerns. Leave them to GOD! Each day of life is a glorious gift, but so few people know how to live within the confines of today. Much of their energy for abundant living spills over the timeline into tomorrow’s worries or past regrets. Their remaining energy is sufficient only for limping through the day, not for living it to the full. GOD is training you to keep your focus on HIS Presence in the present. This is how to receive abundant Life, which flows freely from GOD’S throne of grace.”

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. MATTHEW 6 : 34

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” JOHN 10 : 10

Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” JAMES 4 : 13 – 15

Prayer: Lord help me to live this day abundantly, looking for your blessings throughout the day like finding hidden treasure. Help me to live in the present and not worry about the past or the future, and leave them in your capable hands. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

There are so many that have chosen the broad gate, in their mind it is easier living a life of quiet freedom, no rules, being their own person. Jesus speaks of that road leading to destruction. Today’s prayer is that all would understand that the narrow road gives you the true meaning of freedom! The total lack of condemnation. The road to heaven isn’t the easy road, there will be tests and trials but we have the ultimate tour guide when we choose this path……..Be Blessed
