“SEEK TO PLEASE GOD above all else. As you journey through today, there will be many choice-points along your way. Most of the day’s decisions will be small ones you have to make quickly. You need some rule of thumb to help you make good choices. Many people’s decisions are a combination of their habitual responses and their desire to please themselves or others. This is not GOD’S way for you. Strive to please GOD in everything, not just in major decisions. This is possible only to the extent that you are living in close communion with The LORD. When GOD”S Presence is your deepest delight, you know almost instinctively what will please The LORD. A quick glance at The LORD is all you need to make the right choice. Delight yourself in GOD more and more; seek HIS pleasure in all you do.”

“The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.” JOHN 8 : 29

By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. HEBREWS 11 : 5 – 6

Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. PSALM 37 : 4

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to seek to please you above all else and may every decision I make big or small be pleasing to you. Show me any areas I need to work on. Create in me a new heart Lord, one that’s completely aligned with your good and pleasing and perfect will. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Careful what you say!!!! Speaking negative is speaking death into the situation, speaking positive is to speak life into the situation. It is so easy to get caught up into gossip and that is complete death!!! Think about how good you feel when you have a conversation about your faith, well there’s the answer. Today’s prayer is in the midst of a situation where we are forced to speak death either leave, or speak positively ……. Be Blessed

Prayer

Prayer: God, help me to desire to live close to you and to put my energy into trusting you and enjoying your presence rather than in my circumstances. My well-being is connected to your precious promises. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Mark 8 : 34 – 35

When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. Mark 8 : 34 – 35 NKJV

Losing your life to save it is the best decision we ever made, getting rid of the old sinful nature brings us eternal life. Today look through whatever trial comes your way and look to the eternal life we have in heaven. Take up your cross and rejoice in the end we win……..Be Blessed

“WALK PEACEFULLY WITH GOD through this day. You are wondering how you will cope with all that is expected of you. You must traverse this day like any other: one step at a time. Instead of mentally rehearsing how you will do this or that, keep your mind on GOD’S Presence and on taking the next step. The more demanding your day, the more help you can expect from The LORD. This is a training opportunity, since GOD designed you for deep dependence on HIM, your Shepherd-King. Challenging times wake you up and amplify your awareness of needing GOD’S help. When you don’t know what to do, wait while GOD opens the way before you. Trust that The LORD knows what HE is doing, and be ready to follow HIS lead. GOD will give strength to you, and The LORD will bless you with Peace.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you the more demanding my day, the more I can expect your help when I give up control to you. Help me to view challenging times as reminders of how much I need your help. Give me strength and peace to do your good works today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

As I read this scripture the song “Waiting on the dock of a bay” strikes me. We all are waiting for something in this life. Is it our permanent home or something else? Today’s prayer is that we would Love hard, Be loyal, be transparent, and be the best us we can be in the Lord’s eyes not the world’s …….Be Blessed

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED by the difficulty of keeping your focus on GOD. – ROMANS 8 : 33 – 34, HEBREWS 4 : 14 – 16

“DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED by the difficulty of keeping your focus on GOD. GOD knows that your heart’s desire is to be aware of HIS Presence continually. This is a lofty goal; you aim toward it but never fully achieve it in this life. Don’t let feelings of failure weigh you down. Instead, try to see yourself as GOD sees you. First of all, GOD is delighted by your deep desire to walk closely with HIM through your life. GOD is pleased each time you initiate communication with HIM. In addition, GOD notices the progress you have made since you first resolved to live in HIS Presence. When you realize that your mind has wandered away from GOD, don’t be alarmed or surprised. You live in a world that has been rigged to distract you. Each time you plow your way through the massive distractions to communicate with GOD, you achieve a victory. Rejoice in these tiny triumphs, and they will increasingly light up your days.”

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. ROMANS 8 : 33 – 34

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. HEBREWS 4 : 14 – 16

Prayer

Prayer: God I am so grateful for your grace and patience. And because you lived on earth as man, you understand every temptation, distraction, and feeling I could ever have. I can come to you for every need. I find my rest in you. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

I hear this statement so often made ” I’m a good person I’m ok” well friends unfortunately being a good person won’t get you to heaven!!!! In this scripture Luke states that there is no other name, or other way but Jesus Christ!!!!! Today I pray that all that are not saved will come to realize that being a good and nice person won’t save you, that only Jesus can save…….Be Blessed

Where does your loyalty lie? Are you battling a spiritual warfare today? Are your motives pure ? This scripture I believe describes most of us at a certain time. Today’s prayer is that we would all humble ourselves before God Almighty and ask for the strength to battle the war within, To give us pure motives in all we do, and for us to be loyal to God as he is to us …… Be Blessed

Where are your treasures? What is your most loved thing that you have ? Do you love it more than God? Ouch I know hit me hard also!!!! Sometimes we tend to value our possessions so much we can put them before our Heavenly Father. Today’s prayer is that we would know that all of our things are just things!!!!!
