Hebrews‬ ‭13:16‬

Do you view yourself as a giver? Do you put the needs of others before yourself? Can you imagine if Jesus would have said “You know what I’ve changed my mind I have never sinned. So why should I die for everyone else’s sins?”. This scripture should remind us that we are in so many ways blessed beyond words! We have air in our lungs and that is more than we deserve. Today’s prayer is that we would always help others in their time of need and realize that God sees our sacrifice and continues to bless us abundantly…….Be Blessed

Thirsty.

LET GOD FILL YOU with HIS Love, Joy, and Peace. – 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 7, ISAIAH 30 : 15

“LET GOD FILL YOU with HIS Love, Joy, and Peace. These are Glory-gifts, flowing from GOD’S living Presence. Though you are an earthen vessel, GOD designed you to be filled with heavenly contents. Your weakness is not a deterrent to being filled with The LORD’S Holy Spirit; on the contrary, it provides an opportunity for GOD’S Power to shine forth more brightly. As you go through this day, trust GOD to provide the strength that you need moment by moment. Don’t waste energy wondering whether you are adequate for today’s journey. GOD’S Holy Spirit within you is more than sufficient to handle whatever this day may bring. That is the basis for your confidence! In quietness (spending time alone with GOD) and confident trust (relying on GOD’S sufficiency) is your strength.”

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 7 (NKJV)

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” ISAIAH 30 : 15

Prayer: Lord fill me with your love, joy, and peace as I spend time alone with you. Thank you that your Spirit in me is more than sufficient to handle whatever this day may bring. I walk in confident hope and trust, surrendered to your good and perfect will. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

GOD MEETS YOU in the stillness of your soul. – ZECHARIAH 2 : 13, 2 CHRONICLES 16 : 9, PSALM 23 : 2 – 3

Stillness of soul is increasingly rare in this world addicted to speed and noise. GOD is pleased with your desire to create a quiet space where you and HE can meet. Don’t be discouraged by the difficulty of achieving this goal. GOD monitors all your efforts and is blessed by each of your attempts to seek HIS Face.”

How are you viewed as a person? Do you humble yourself? Or have to always give the right answer? Do you sometimes agree when you are wrong? Do you walk away from an argument or do you stay and try to prove you are right? Do you brag about all of your accomplishments or do you just say thank you? Today’s prayer is that we would always humble ourselves, for there is a time and reason for everything God blesses the humble ……Be Blessed and always be humble

What are you constantly thinking of? Are your thoughts on things of the day, or things of God ? Paul writes about thinking of all the things are that worthy of praise, not the troubles and worries. Today I pray that all would keep the blessings of God in their thoughts and give him thanks for all he has done, all he is doing, and all he will do……..Be Blessed

“IN GOD YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. In GOD you are complete. Your capacity to experience GOD is increasing, through HIS removal of debris and clutter from your heart. As your yearning for The LORD increases, other desires are gradually lessening. Since GOD is infinite and abundantly accessible to you, desiring HIM above all else is the best way to live. It is impossible for you to have a need that The LORD cannot meet. After all, GOD created you and everything that is. The world is still at GOD’S beck and call, though it often appears otherwise. Do not be fooled by appearances. Things that are visible are brief and fleeting, while things that are invisible are everlasting.”

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…. EPHESIANS 3 : 20

as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18

Prayer: Lord continue to remove the debris and clutter from my heart so that my desires melt into yours and eventually your desires become my desires. It amazes me the creator of the stars and everything under the stars is abundantly accessible to me? What an honor and privilege. Help me to take advantage of this precious gift Jesus died for today. 2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:8

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Day to day can sometimes seem impossible, always issues in one way or another. This scripture reminds us that no matter what we cannot be defeated in Christ!!! Today’s prayer is that we would take hold of this scripture and push on through the troubles in front of us…..Be Blessed

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13-14‬ NIV

There are so many that have chosen the broad gate, in their mind it is easier living a life of quote freedom, no rules, being there own person. Jesus speaks of that road leading to destruction. Today’s prayer is that all would understand that the narrow road gives you the true meaning of freedom! The total lack of condemnation. The road to heaven is the easy road, there will be test and trials but we have the ultimate tour guide when we choose this path……..Be Blessed

Luke‬ ‭15‬:‭4-7

Are you praying for a family member, friend, co-worker ? God hears your prayer and that one person is as important to the Lord as any other soul. The parable of the lost sheep reveals to us just how important every soul on earth is to our Father in Heaven. Today I boldly pray that God would grace us with the strength to overcome the adversity of the things of this world and boldly witness the joy that comes from making Jesus your Lord and Savior……..

TASTE AND SEE THAT GOD IS GOOD. – PSALM 34 : 8, GENESIS 16 : 13 – 14, JOHN 20 : 19, COLOSSIANS 3 : 15

“TASTE AND SEE THAT GOD IS GOOD. The more intimately you experience GOD, the more convinced you become of HIS goodness. GOD is the Living One who sees you and longs to participate in your life. The LORD is training you to find HIM in each moment and to be a channel of HIS loving Presence. Sometimes GOD’S blessings come to you in mysterious ways: through pain and trouble. At such times you can know The LORD’s goodness only through your trust in GOD. Understanding will fail you, but trust will keep you close to GOD. Thank The LORD for the gift of HIS Peace, a gift of such immense proportions that you cannot fathom its depth or breadth. When CHRIST, The LORD appeared to HIS disciples after the resurrection, it was Peace that JESUS CHRIST communicated first of all. JESUS, The LORD knew this was their deepest need: to calm their fears and clear their minds. GOD also speaks Peace to you, for The LORD knows your anxious thoughts. Listen to GOD! Tune out other voices, so that you can hear GOD more clearly. GOD designed you to dwell in Peace all day, every day. Draw near to The LORD; receive GOD’S Peace.”

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him. PSALM 34 : 8

So she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, “You are a God of seeing,” for she said, “Truly here I have seen him who looks after me.” Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi; it lies between Kadesh and Bered. GENESIS 16 : 13 – 14

On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” JOHN 20 : 19

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. COLOSSIANS 3 : 15

Prayer: Lord thank you for designing me to dwell in peace, all day everyday. Help me to tune out other voices, so I can hear you more clearly. To slow down, to sit in your presence, and to appreciate your blessings all around me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
