“GOD IS TAKING CARE OF YOU. Feel the warmth and security of being enveloped in GOD’S loving Presence. Every detail of your life is under GOD’S control. Moreover, everything fits into a pattern for good, to those who love The LORD and are called according to HIS design and purpose. Because the world is in an abnormal, fallen condition, people tend to think that chance governs the universe. Events may seem to occur randomly, with little or no meaning. People who view the world this way have overlooked one basic fact: the limitations of human understanding. What you know of the world you inhabit is only the tip of the iceberg. Submerged beneath the surface of the visible world are mysteries too vast for you to comprehend. If you could only see how close GOD is to you and how constantly HE works on your behalf, you would never again doubt that The LORD is wonderfully caring for you. This is why you must live by faith, not by sight; trusting in GOD’S mysterious, majestic Presence.”

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. ROMANS 8 : 28

Then Job replied to the LORD : “I know that you can do all things; no plan of yours can be thwarted. You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my counsel without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know.” JOB 42 : 1 – 3

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 7

Prayer: Lord help me to see and feel how close you are to me and how you are constantly working on my behalf. And that I have three best friends with me at all times – God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit. What an amazing gift. Help me to rely more on you today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

We all need help throughout our lives and sometimes it can be difficult to ask, Pride is an ugly thing but why do we have so much within us? I believe it’s because the world views people who need help weak!!! And that could not be further from the truth. “YOUR NEEDS AND GOD’S RICHES are a perfect fit. GOD never meant for you to be self-sufficient. Instead, GOD designed you to need HIM not only for daily bread but also for fulfillment of deep yearnings. GOD carefully crafted your longings and feelings of incompleteness, to point you to HIM. Therefore, do not try to bury or deny these feelings. Beware also of trying to pacify these longings with lesser gods: people, possessions, power. Come to The LORD in all your neediness, with defenses down and with desire to be blessed. As you spend time in GOD’S Presence, your deepest longings are fulfilled. Rejoice in your neediness, which enables you to find intimate completion in The LORD.”

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 19

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. COLOSSIANS 2 : 2 – 3

Prayer: Lord, I need you for my daily bread and to fulfill my deepest longings. Thank you for my neediness Lord because it points me to you. And in you I find completion, peace, and fullness of joy. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Nothing escapes HIS notice-—not even the number of hairs on your head. However, your awareness of GOD’S Presence falters and flickers; as a result, your life experience feels fragmented. When your focus is broad enough to include GOD in your thoughts, you feel safe and complete. When your perception narrows so that problems or details fill your consciousness, you feel empty and incomplete. Learn to look steadily at The LORD in all your moments and all your circumstances. Though the world is unstable and in flux, you can experience continuity through your uninterrupted awareness of GOD’S Presence. Fix your gaze on what is unseen, even as the visible world parades before your eyes.”

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18

Prayer: Lord thank you for caring about every detail of my life. What an honor that the one who put the stars in the sky and set the earth perfectly spinning around the sun at just the right speed and angle would care about me. You know the number of hairs on my head and you equip me with everything I need. Thank you Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

These habit-forming rules provide a false sense of security, lulling the soul into a comatose condition. What GOD searches for in HIS children is an awakened soul that thrills to the Joy of HIS Presence! GOD created mankind to glorify HIM and enjoy HIM forever. Prayer: Lord, help me to have an awakened soul that gets excited about being in your presence. This advent season, please help me to think about Christmas being the start of God’s redemptive plan to get his children back by sending Jesus. Thank you Jesus for your willingness to come down from Heaven for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
