James‬ ‭3:9-10

With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.” James‬ ‭3:9-10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

James has always been one of my favorite books, hard but true. In this passage he speaks of praising the Lord and cursing mankind with the same mouth. Have you ever woken up in the morning and went to prayer then on your way to work been cut off in traffic and said some not nice words? I think we all have. Today’s prayer is that by the power of the Holy Spirit we would be so filled with God’s word that only good comes from our mouths……Be Blessed

1 Corinthians‬ ‭7:17‬

Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭7:17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you ever wonder what your purpose is? Have you ever seen the worship leader and said “I wish that were me”? Do you not understand that the little old lady handing out the pamphlets at the door is just as important in God’s eyes. God has given each one of us an individual gift, how we choose to use it is up to us. The body works together and one finger is as important as one hand. Today I pray that whatever gift you have been given by God that you would use it to please and glorify the Lord not man………..Be Blessed

Psalms‬ ‭16‬:‭8-9

I know the LORD is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice. My body rests in safety. Psalms‬ ‭16‬:‭8-9‬ NLT

Do you ever feel alone? Are you always the one making difficult decisions? The psalmist tells us that we are never alone, that God is always beside us. In the world it is beat into our minds that we are weak if we need help, but Jesus said ” I leave you a helper, the great council, THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!! Today I pray that we all would understand that we have the The LORD living on the inside and he is there to help us through every situation, if we will listen, will you listen? Be Blessed

GOD IS WITH YOU. – ZEPHANIAH 3 : 17, PSALM 73 : 23 – 26

“GOD IS WITH YOU. These four words are like a safety net, protecting you from falling into despair. Because you are human, you will always have ups and downs in your life experience. But the promise of THE LORD’S Presence limits how far down you can go. Sometimes you may feel as if you are in a free fall, when people or things you had counted on let you down. Yet as soon as you remember that GOD is with you, your perspective changes radically. Instead of bemoaning your circumstances, you can look to GOD for help. You recall that not only is GOLD with you, The LORD is holding you by your right hand. GOD guides you with HIS counsel, and afterward The LORD will take you into Glory. This is exactly the perspective you need: the reassurance of GOD’S Presence, and the glorious hope of heaven.”

“The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” ZEPHANIAH 3 : 17

Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. PSALM 73 : 23 – 26

Prayer: God, Earth has nothing I desire more than you. When I am weak, you are strong. You are my perfect portion wherever I go, whatever I do. Thank you for holding me by your right hand so that I’m never without my loving Father. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Are you stuck in the same Church rut you were when you first became a Christian? Are you hearing the same thing over and over again ? Well take it upon yourself to advance in your walk with Christ. This scripture explains we don’t need to keep doing the things we did when we first became Christians but to break out and advance. Today’s prayer is that we would want to advance our knowledge about our Savior, not just have fire insurance!!!!! Pray hard and read your Bible God will show you his way………Be Blessed and always be a Blessing

CHRIST THE LORD IS THE RISEN ONE who shines upon you always. – MATTHEW 28 : 5 – 7, 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 17

“CHRIST THE LORD IS THE RISEN ONE who shines upon you always. You worship a living Deity, not some idolatrous, man-made image. Your relationship with THE LORD is meant to be vibrant and challenging, as GOD invades more and more areas of your life. Do not fear change, for GOD is making you a new creation, with old things passing away and new things continually on the horizon. When you cling to old ways and sameness, you resist The LORD’S work within you. GOD wants you to embrace all that HE is doing in your life, finding your security in GOD alone. It is easy to make an idol of routine, finding security within the boundaries you build around your life. Although each day contains twenty-four hours, every single one presents a unique set of circumstances. Don’t try to force-fit today into yesterday’s mold. Instead, ask GOD to open your eyes, so you can find all HE has prepared for you on this precious day of Life.”

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.” MATTHEW 28 : 5 – 7

Prayer: Lord, everyday with you is an adventure. You are always chiseling away the parts of me that don’t look like Christ. Open my eyes and heart to see the wonderful new things in your word and open my ears so you can tell me all the unsearchable things I don’t know yet. In Jesus’ patient name. Amen.

Life is full of stress! There are so many different things that can bring stress upon us. The main cause of stress is distrust, if you as a Christian are putting your trust in Jesus there should be no stress, if your trust is in things of the world well there you have it. “THANK GOD for the conditions that are requiring you to be still. Do not spoil these quiet hours by wishing them away, waiting impatiently to be active again. Some of the greatest works in GOD’S kingdom have been done from sick beds and prison cells. Instead of resenting the limitations of a weakened body, search for The LORD’S way in the midst of these very circumstances. Limitations can be liberating when your strongest desire is living close to GOD. Quietness and trust enhance your awareness of The LORD’S Presence with you. Do not despise these simple ways of serving GOD. Although you feel cut off from the activity of the world, your quiet trust makes a powerful statement in spiritual realms. GOD’S Strength and Power show themselves most effectively in weakness.”

“Be still before the LORD, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.” ZECHARIAH 2 : 13

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” ISAIAH 30 : 15

But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9

Prayer: Lord no matter what weakness I have physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually your grace and kindness and mercy is enough to sustain me, to heal me, to make me brand new. There will never be a time I don’t need you. Thank you for being my ever-present help. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“COME TO GOD with all your weaknesses: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Rest in the comfort of GOD’S Presence, remembering that nothing is impossible with GOD. Pry your mind away from your problems so you can focus your attention on GOD. Recall that The LORD able to do immeasurably more than all you ask or imagine. Instead of trying to direct GOD to do this and that, seek to attune yourself to what The LORD is already doing. When anxiety attempts to wedge its way into your thoughts, remind yourself that The LORD is your Shepherd. The bottom line is that GOD is taking care of you; therefore, you needn’t be afraid of anything. Rather than trying to maintain control over your life, abandon yourself to GOD’S will. Though this may feel frightening— even dangerous, the safest place to be is in GOD’S will.”

“For nothing is impossible with God.” LUKE 1 : 37

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. EPHESIANS 3 : 20 – 21

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. PSALM 23 : 1 – 4

Prayer: Lord you are my shepherd. Thank you for taking care of me. Help me to let go of control of my life and submit every area to your will. And when I do, you give me peace in its place. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

You have every reason to be confident, because GOD’S Presence accompanies you all the days of your life—and onward into eternity. Do not give in to fear or worry, those robbers of abundant living. Trust The LORD enough to face problems as they come, rather than trying to anticipate them. Fix your eyes on The LORD, the Author and Perfecter of your faith, and many difficulties on the road ahead will vanish before you reach them. Whenever you start to feel afraid, remember that GOD is holding you by your right hand. Nothing can separate you from GOD’S Presence!”

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. HEBREWS 12 : 2

“For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” ISAIAH 41 : 13

Prayer: God thank you for loving me unconditionally. Your love is not increased by my strength, nor is it diluted by my weakness. Thank you for your presence with me at all times and your unconditional love. Help me to feel your love this week and overflow through me, onto others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
