1 John 1:5-7

This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7 NKJV

It is so important as Christians to let our light shine, it is so easy when trials arise to shut the light off and let the dark show and that is exactly what the devil wants. To have true fellowship with The Lord is defined by our actions, remember non believers and some believers are watching what we do under the gun. Today I pray that we all will let our light shine to the glory of God, for he created light and he is light………..Be Blessed

GOD is All you need, just when you need it. Your deepest desires find fulfillment in GOD alone. This is the age of self-help. Bookstores abound with books about “taking care of number one,” making oneself the center of all things. The main goal of these methodologies is to become self-sufficient and confident. You, however, have been called to take a “road less traveled”: continual dependence on The LORD. True confidence comes from knowing you are complete in GOD’S Presence. Everything you need has its counterpart in The LORD.”

Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. JAMES 1 : 4

“Yes indeed, it is good when you obey the royal law as found in the Scriptures: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” But if you favor some people over others, you are committing a sin. You are guilty of breaking the law.” ‭‭James‬ ‭2:8-9‬ ‭

This scripture is a poke in the eye!! Why? Because we all are at fault of this. It is always easier to give the best to a friend but why not a stranger? Today’s prayer is we would see one person just as Jesus did and show the same favor to all……Be Blessed

Trust is such a difficult thing, To put your trust in someone or something 100% can let you down. To fully trust in the Lord will never let you down! “NO MATTER WHAT your circumstances may be, you can find Joy in GOD’S Presence. On some days Joy is generously strewn along your life-path, glistening in the sunlight. On days like that, being content is as simple as breathing the next breath or taking the next step. Other days are overcast and gloomy; you feel the strain of the journey, which seems endless. Dull gray rocks greet your gaze and cause your feet to ache. Yet Joy is still attainable. Search for it as for hidden treasure. Begin by remembering that GOD has created this day; it is not a chance occurrence. Recall that GOD is present with you whether you sense HIS Presence or not. Then, start talking with GOD about whatever is on your mind. Rejoice in the fact that The LORD understands you perfectly, and HE knows exactly what you are experiencing. As you continue communicating with GOD, your mood will gradually lighten. Awareness of GOD’S marvelous Companionship can infuse Joy into the grayest day.”

Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. PSALM 21 : 6

Before we knew Jesus we were prisoners to the world, after Jesus we are set free from all the strongholds we once had. This scripture tells us to stand firm and know that we are free!!! Today’s prayer is that when we feel weak don’t turn away SEEK the love of Jesus and he will always remind us of our freedom in him…….Be Blessed

“TO LIVE in GOD’S Presence consistently, you must expose and expel your rebellious tendencies. When something interferes with your plans or desires, you tend to resent the interference. Try to become aware of each resentment, however petty it may seem. Don’t push those unpleasant feelings down; instead, let them come to the surface where you can deal with them. Ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to increase your awareness of resentful feelings. Bring them boldly into the Light of GOD’S Presence, so that HE can free you from them. The ultimate solution to rebellious tendencies is submission to GOD’S authority over you. Intellectually you rejoice in The LORD’S sovereignty, without which the world would be a terrifying place. But when GOD’S sovereign will encroaches on your little domain of control, you often react with telltale resentment. The best response to losses or thwarted hopes is praise: The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Remember that all good things—your possessions, your family and friends, your health and abilities, your time—are gifts from The LORD. Instead of feeling entitled to all these blessings, respond to them with gratitude. Be prepared to let go of anything GOD takes from you, but never let go of GOD’S hand!”

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. PSALM 139 : 23 – 24

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 1 PETER 5 : 6

And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD.” JOB 1 : 21 (NKJV)

Prayer: God help me not to hold onto anything tighter than I hold onto you. You know what’s best, I trust your sovereign plan. Search my heart and show me any area I need to let go of my will to yield to yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
