Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭17-18‬

God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭17-18‬ NLT

There are things we do that make us feel that we are unworthy to serve God. When we became Christians, that was sealed by the blood of Jesus on the Cross. God is not a changing God, he doesn’t disregard you when you miss the mark, I’m sure he is disappointed but still has everlasting love for you – good and bad. Today’s prayer is that when we miss the mark we would go to God in repentance and ask by his Holy Spirit to instruct and fix that problem so that we can do bigger things for the kingdom…….Be Blessed

Have you ever noticed how most things finish better than they start if we have patience? Do you ever get the I want it now attitude? Well I know I have fallen into this trap and made a mess of many things. This scripture paints a clear picture that good things come to those who wait. The best we have to look forward to is the Lord’s return. Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for patience and in the process be humble…….Be Blessed

The world has changed enormously since The LORD first gave the command to be still and know that HE IS God. However, this timeless truth is essential for the well-being of your soul. As dew refreshes grass and flowers during the stillness of the night, so GOD’S Presence revitalizes you as you sit quietly with HIM. A refreshed, revitalized mind is able to sort out what is important and what is not. In its natural condition, your mind easily gets stuck on trivial matters. Like the spinning wheels of a car trapped in mud, the cogs of your brain spin impotently when you focus on a trivial thing. As soon as you start communicating with GOD about the matter, your thoughts gain traction and you can move on to more important things. Communicate with GOD continually, and The LORD will put HIS thoughts into your mind.”

Prayer: Lord, your presence revitalizes me as I spend time with you. Help me to communicate with you continually, allowing your thoughts to fill my mind. Use me to be a blessing to others today, for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

What are you waiting for? What are you hoping for? This scripture tells us that the Bible is to teach us and give us hope in God’s promise. The world today is in a condition that the Bible tells us it would be, a MESS!!!! “LIVING IN DEPENDENCE ON GOD is a glorious adventure. Most people scurry around busily, trying to accomplish things through their own strength and ability. Some succeed enormously; others fail miserably. But both groups miss what life is meant to be: living and working in collaboration with The LORD. When you depend on The LORD continually, your whole perspective changes. You see miracles happening all around, while others see only natural occurrences and “coincidences.” You begin each day with joyful expectation, watching to see what GOD will do. You accept weakness as a gift from GOD, knowing that HIS Power plugs in most readily to consecrated weakness. You keep your plans tentative, knowing that GOD’S plans are far superior. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. JOHN 14 : 20

Prayer: Lord show me how to live in complete dependence on you – living and working in collaboration with you, the way life was intended. Oh what an adventure you have in store when I rely on you. Thank you Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called” ever felt like Jeremiah? Scared? Not worthy? Well God has called you to a certain ministry, whether it’s Pastor, missions, or just to be an encourager. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. HEBREWS 10 : 23

The LORD watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy. PSALM 145 : 20

Prayer: God help me to seek you with my whole being and to thank you in good times and tough times also. Knowing you promise to use all things for the good of those who love you. Align my heart to yours today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Sometimes we mistake suffering for being humbled, God is for us not against us! We sometimes may want something that we think is perfect for us but God sees it differently, he has another plan! That is not suffering, it may be the best thing for us. Today I pray that we would seek God in all of our decisions and always trust he knows best……Be Blessed

“GROW STRONG IN YOUR WEAKNESS. Some of GOD’S children HE has gifted with abundant strength and stamina. Others, like you, have received the humble gift of frailty. Your fragility is not a punishment, nor does it indicate lack of faith. On the contrary, weak ones like you must live by faith, depending on GOD to get you through the day. The LORD is developing your ability to trust HIM, to lean on HIM, rather than on your understanding. Your natural preference is to plan out your day, knowing what will happen when. GOD’S preference is for you to depend on HIM continually, trusting GOD to guide you and strengthen you as needed. This is how you grow strong in your weakness.”

Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” JAMES 4 : 13 – 15

Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. PROVERBS 3 : 5 (AMP)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ISAIAH 40 : 28 – 31

Prayer: You Lord are the everlasting God. You will never grow tired or lose strength. My hope is in you Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth. Renew my strength and help me to do your will and be a blessing to others today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
