Psalms‬ ‭52:8‬

“But I am like an olive tree, thriving in the house of God. I will always trust in God’s unfailing love.” Psalms‬ ‭52:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Most of the time we can be our worst critics, we judge ourselves according to the world’s standards but in reality this is how we are viewed by our Heavenly Father. Today’s prayer is that we would realize we can never be perfect by the worlds standards (which is ok) but we will always be perfect in Gods eyes……Be Blessed and shed the condemnation

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

WELCOME PROBLEMS as perspective-lifters. – 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 18, PSALM 89 : 15

“WELCOME PROBLEMS as perspective-lifters. GOD’S children tend to sleepwalk through their days until they bump into an obstacle that stymies them. If you encounter a problem with no immediate solution, your response to that situation will take you either up or down. You can lash out at the difficulty, resenting it and feeling sorry for yourself. This will take you down into a pit of self-pity. Alternatively, the problem can be a ladder, enabling you to climb up and see your life from GOD’S perspective. Viewed from above, the obstacle that frustrated you is only a light and momentary trouble. Once your perspective has been heightened, you can look away from the problem altogether. Turn toward GOD, and see the Light of HIS Presence shining upon you.” – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 18

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Prayer: Lord help me to view my problems as preparation for heaven – light and momentary and serving a purpose. Sometimes there’s a lesson in them and other times a reminder to rely on you and not my own understanding. Regardless, you are always good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Galatians‬ ‭5:22‬

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:22‬ ‭NIV‬‬

All of these traits have an opposite, love/hate, joy/misery, forbearance/ patients, kindness/hatefulness, goodness/ bad, faithfulness/unfaithfulness. Measure yourself? Today’s prayer is that we would exercise all of the positive traits of the spirit and let our Jesus shine bright……Be Blessed

‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭3-4‬

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” ‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭3-4‬ NIV

Jesus saved the world then left to his rightful place in Heaven. The purpose in his life on earth was to give us a choice, Believe or Not Believe. The events going on in the world today are mind blowing to some, but as Christians we should not be surprised. From the brutal be headings of Christians in the Middle East to the defining of what marriage should be are clearly spelled out in the bible, these events are not problems, they’re prophecy!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would understand what needs to be done as Christians, witness too all, love all, and stand strong on the Biblical truth. Jesus loved the sinner, not the Sin and we should be the same way. Be Blessed and leave the judgment to God, Jesus has our place in Heaven……….

‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭7-8

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. ‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭7-8‬ NLT

What are you asking for ? What door are you knocking on? What are you seeking? This is a scripture that has always hit home with me to make me check out what am I focused on. Today’s prayer is that we all would self check what we are focused on, material things or things of righteousness…….Be Blessed

KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD, not only for direction but also for empowerment. – PSALM 141 : 8, PSALM 16 : 11

“KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD, not only for direction but also for empowerment. GOD never leads you to do something without equipping you for the task. That is why it’s so important to seek GOD’S will in everything you do. There are many burned-out Christians who think more is always better, who deem it unspiritual to say no. In order to know The LORD’S will, you must spend time with The LORD — enjoying HIS Presence. This is not an onerous task but a delightful privilege. GOD will show you the path of Life; in GOD’S Presence is fullness of Joy; at GOD’S right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death. PSALM 141 : 8

You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. PSALM 16 : 11 (NKJV)

Prayer: Lord help me to know your will by spending time with you, enjoying your presence. In your presence is fullness of joy, peace, and pleasures forevermore. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭21‬

And his name will be the hope of all the world.” ‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭21‬ NLT

Isaiah spoke plain and clear about Jesus in this prophecy. What are you hoping for? Who have you put your hope in? Today’s prayer is that we all would remember who we put our trust in, we put our trust in Jesus Christ the hope of the world, so when the waters get rough remember this scripture……Be Blessed

LISTEN TO GOD CONTINUALLY. – JOHN 8 : 36, PROVERBS 19 : 21, JOHN 10 : 27

“LISTEN TO GOD CONTINUALLY. GOD has much to communicate to you, so many people and situations in need of prayer. GOD is training you to set your mind on HIM more and more, tuning out distractions through the help of HIS Holy Spirit. Walk with GOD in holy trust, responding to HIS initiatives rather than trying to make things fit your plans. Christ, The LORD died to set you free, and that includes freedom from compulsive planning. When your mind spins with a multitude of thoughts, you cannot hear The LORD’S voice. A mind preoccupied with planning pays homage to the idol of control. Turn from this idolatry back to GOD. Listen to The LORD and live abundantly!” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. JOHN 8 : 36

Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails. PROVERBS 19 : 21

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” JOHN 10 : 27

Prayer: Lord train me to set my mind on you more and more, tuning out distractions by the help of your Holy Spirit. Thank you for dying to set me free. Help me to live like I am free indeed. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

John‬ ‭16:1-3

“All this I have told you so that you will not fall away. They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.” ‭‭John‬ ‭16:1-3‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you ever wonder why as a believer you endure persecution? When you became a Christian were you under the impression that life was going perfect? Well the Bible tells us the complete opposite of that. Jesus said you will be persecuted in my name and that is what will happen in this broken Godless world. Today’s prayer is that we would take joy when we are persecuted in our Lords name!! Jesus is there with us at all times, lean on him and all will be good…….Be Blessed

LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. – GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27, ROMANS 8 : 6

“LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. The mind is the most restless, unruly part of mankind. Long after you have learned the discipline of holding your tongue, your thoughts defy your will and set themselves up against GOD. Man is the pinnacle of GOD’S creation, and the human mind is wondrously complex. GOD risked all by granting you freedom to think for yourself. This is godlike privilege, forever setting you apart from animals and robots. GOD made you in HIS image, precariously close to deity. Though The LORD’S blood has fully redeemed you, your mind is the last bastion of rebellion. Open yourself to GOD’S radiant Presence, letting The LORD’S Light permeate your thinking. When GOD’S Holy Spirit is controlling your mind, you are filled with Life and Peace.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit control my mind, fill it with Godly desires and thoughts, with life and peace. What a privilege to be made in your image Lord. Help me to be a good steward of this powerful gift by surrendering my thoughts to you each day, my Lord and Savior. In your name I pray. Amen.
