On days like that, being content is as simple as breathing the next breath or taking the next step. Other days are overcast and gloomy; you feel the strain of the journey, which seems endless. In life we face circumstances that seem impossible, but Jesus makes a way, just like our past life of sin before Jesus has been handled. I see so many Christians living a life of condemnation and I think WHY? Jesus has atoned for our past life and nothing can change that!!! He has closed that door and no one can open it. Today I pray that all condemnation would be shed and we would live the life of victory that Jesus died for………Be Blessed

The name Lucifer means “shinning one” bearer of light” in the traditional translation Hebrew. The name Lucifer means ” Morning Star” in the Greek translation. In the modern church the name is known as Satan or the Devil. Before the fall of Lucifer it’s said he was the most beautiful angel, so don’t you think he will entice you with things of beauty? Something that may look good and acceptable wrapped up in a devilish package? Today’s prayer is that we would be so led by the spirit of God that we would have the discernment to know the Good from evil……..In Jesus name be blessed

Try to become aware of each resentment, however petty it may seem. Don’t push those unpleasant feelings down; instead, let them come to the surface where you can deal with them. Ask The LORD’S Holy Spirit to increase your awareness of resentful feelings. Bring them boldly into the Light of GOD’S Presence, so that The LORD can free you from them. The ultimate solution to rebellious tendencies is submission to GOD’S authority over you. Intellectually you rejoice in GOD’S sovereignty, without which the world would be a terrifying place. But when GOD’S sovereign will encroaches on your little domain of control, you often react with telltale resentment. Isn’t it nice to know that God loves us so much that he trust us to be his spokesperson here on earth, he wants us to speak on his behalf not only by our words but by our actions. The non believers are waiting like a tiger in the grass to pounce, they want to see us slip up, do something that a Christian shouldn’t do so they can say ” see you’re no better than I am”. Take time to savor its richness, basking in GOD’S golden Light. One of the worst consequences of the Fall is the elaborate barriers people erect between themselves and others. Facades abound in the world, even in The LORD’S Body, the church. Sometimes, church is the last place where people feel free to be themselves. They cover up with Sunday clothes and Sunday smiles. They feel relief when they leave because of the strain of false fellowship. The best antidote to this artificial atmosphere is practicing GOD’S Presence at church. Let your primary focus be communing with GOD, worshiping HIM, glorifying HIM. This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable— if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 8 – 9

Prayer: Lord thank you that I can come to you with my defenses down, ready to be blessed and filled with your presence. Fill me so I can love others with your love, joy, and peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Philippians 1:9-10

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, (Philippians 1:9-10 NKJV)

Love is a funny thing, Jesus said love everyone like yourself, that is one of the most difficult things to do. The key to this scripture is listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit…..Jesus loved the sinner but hated the sin……today I pray we can all be like Jesus in the way of loving one another and being good to all, even the ones we don’t care for…….Be Blessed

Matthew 7 : 7-8

Ask. Seek. Knock. Each of these verbs is dynamic, energetic. True prayer is not a lethargic experience; it is a vigorous participation in the plan of God. It is the soul’s fervent endeavor toward the kingdom of God.

But each verb also connotes something else: neediness. One does not ask, if one does not need. One does not seek, if one has already found. One does not knock, if the door is standing open. Prayer is recognition that you need God.

The reason, therefore, that we have not prayed as we should is because we are either too spiritually lazy to labor in prayer, or we are too content to feel our need of God. Which are you?

Regardless, the good news is this: for those who awaken to their desperate condition and follow hard after God, God has promised universal acceptance and success. Everyone who asks will receive!

But perhaps you have not received. Perhaps you have not found. Perhaps you still stand at the closed door with bloody knuckles and a growing doubt in your mind. Why hasn’t God answered? Why won’t he turn the lock and swing open the door?

Do not give up, beloved. God always gives to everyone who asks who is seeking his kingdom– he has given us his word. He will either give us what we have been begging for, or he will give something better.
