‭Luke‬ ‭15‬:‭4-7‬ NIV

“Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. (‭Luke‬ ‭15‬:‭4-7‬ NIV)

Are you praying for a family member, friend, co-worker ? God hears your prayer and that one person is as important to the Lord as any other soul. The parable of the lost sheep reveals to us just how important every soul on earth is to our Father in Heaven. Today I boldly pray that God would grace us with the strength to overcome the adversity of the things of this world and boldly witness the joy that comes from making Jesus your Lord and Savior

Proverbs 3:3

Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. (‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬ NLT)

How do people view you? Are you kind and caring? Do you lend a helping hand when it’s needed? Today I pray we would all put this proverb to work and be kind and helpful to all we can…..Be Blessed

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14

“For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14‬ ‭NASB‬‬

Remember when you didn’t belong to Jesus? Your life had a very trivial meaning. The life you lived in sin was destined for an eternity of doom!! But now you have a life of eternity in heaven. Today’s prayer is that we would always give thanks to God for the precious gift that he has given us…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭8:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Elohim, The morning star, the Rose of Sharron, The Alpha and Omega. God is real and he is living be versed up in his word to effectively witness……Be Blessed

“TRUST AND THANKFULNESS WILL get you safely through this day. Trust protects you from worrying and obsessing. Thankfulness keeps you from criticizing and complaining: those “sister sins” that so easily entangle you. Keeping your eyes on GOD is the same thing as trusting GOD. It is a free choice that you must make thousands of times daily. The more you choose to trust GOD, the easier it becomes. Thought patterns of trust become etched into your brain. Relegate troubles to the periphery of your mind, so that GOD can be central in your thoughts. Thus you focus on GOD, entrusting your concerns into GOD’S care.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7

But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death. PSALM 141 : 8

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 7

Prayer: Lord help me to fix my eyes, my mind, my heart, my soul on you more often today. As I go about my day, I desire to commune with you more, to talk with you more, and think on your word and your beautiful promises more. Help me to do that Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Daily Devotional Reading for 2/19/2020

“YOU ARE FEELING WEIGHED DOWN by a plethora of problems, both big and small. They seem to require more and more of your attention, but you must not give in to those demands. When the difficulties in your life feel as if they’re closing in on you, break free by spending quality time with GOD. You need to remember that GOD said “I AM in all My Power and Glory”. Then, humbly bring GOD your prayers and petitions. Your problems will pale when you view them in the Light of GOD’S Presence. You can learn to be joyful in GOD, your Savior, even in the midst of adverse circumstances. Rely on Me, your Strength; GOD makes your feet like the feet of a deer, enabling you to go on the heights.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

God said to Moses, “I am who I am . This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” EXODUS 3 : 14

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments. HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19

Prayer: Jesus teach me to be joyful in you, my Savior, even in the midst of adverse circumstances. To have your peace that surpasses understanding. Enable me to go onto the heights, providing strength and everything I need. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

John‬ ‭1:8-12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:8-12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

John knew he was not the light or the savior, he knew his assignment , to tell all of the one who was coming. Jesus trusts that we as disciples will do the exact same thing, “Tell the world”
Today’s prayer is that we would all have the boldness and words to witness to all the non believers…….Be Blessed & witness away🙏🏻

“GOD IS WITH YOU. These four words are like a safety net, protecting you from falling into despair. Because you are human, you will always have ups and downs in your life experience. But the promise of GOD’S Presence limits how far down you can go. Sometimes you may feel as if you are in a free fall, when people or things you had counted on let you down. Yet as soon as you remember that GOD is with you, your perspective changes radically. Instead of bemoaning your circumstances, you can look to GOD for help. You recall that not only is GOD with you, HE is holding you by your right hand. GOD guides you with HIS counsel, and afterward GOD will take you into Glory. This is exactly the perspective you need: the reassurance of GOD’S Presence, and the glorious hope of heaven.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

“The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” ZEPHANIAH 3 : 17

Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. PSALM 73 : 23 – 26

Prayer: God thank you for always being with me and holding me by my right hand. Through the highs and lows of this life. But I look forward to the day there will be no more pain or suffering, where you will wipe every tear from our eyes and we will spend eternity with you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“THE LORD IS THE RISEN ONE who shines upon you always. You worship a living Deity, not some idolatrous, man-made image. Your relationship with GOD is meant to be vibrant and challenging, as HE invades more and more areas of your life. Do not fear change, for GOD is making you a new creation, with old things passing away and new things continually on the horizon. When you cling to old ways and sameness, you resist GOD’S work within you. GOD wants you to embrace all that HE is doing in your life, finding your security in HIM alone. It is easy to make an idol of routine, finding security within the boundaries you build around your life. Although each day contains twenty-four hours, every single one presents a unique set of circumstances. Don’t try to force-fit today into yesterday’s mold. Instead, ask GOD to open your eyes, so you can find all The LORD has prepared for you in this precious day of Life.” – para-phrased “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.” MATTHEW 28 : 5 – 7

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 17

Prayer: God open my eyes to see all you have prepared for me today. Thank you for a new day, where you give me new mercy and grace and daily bread. Thank you for your precious love. Help me to love others that way. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
