1 John‬ ‭4:7-8

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:7-8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Are you holding anger against a loved one? Have you not forgiven a wrong doing? This scripture reminds us that we are to love one another, unforgiveness is of the world !!! Forgiveness is of the Lord. Today’s prayer is love and forgive for that is God, encourage your brothers and sisters they need it……Be Blessed and Forgive

“DO NOT LONG for the absence of problems in your life. That is an unrealistic goal, since in this world you will have trouble. You have an eternity of problem-free living reserved for you in heaven. Rejoice in that inheritance, which no one can take away from you, but do not seek your heaven on earth. Begin each day anticipating problems, asking GOD to equip you for whatever difficulties you will encounter. The best equipment is GOD’S living Presence, HIS hand that never lets go of yours. Discuss everything with GOD. Take a lighthearted view of trouble, seeing it as a challenge that you and GOD together can handle. Remember that GOD is on your side, and The LORD has overcome the world.”

Prayer

Prayer: God thank you for your perfect plan. You have placed in me a deep desire for a problem free life because that’s the way Heaven is – my true home. But in the meantime help me to see problems as an opportunity to surrender to you, and depend on you more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for using everything I endure for good. Help me to trust you more today, not fearing what’s up ahead because you go before me and are with me every step of the way. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are you striving to live a life of victory? Are you doing your best to be an example of Christ ? We as Christians should all be. This scripture talks about putting all we have learned into practice, are you making a daily effort to practice? Prayer: Lord thank you that you are good, you are love, you are light in whom there is no darkness. You are constant and unchanging. Help me to come to you for all my needs – big and small. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:17‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The day you confessed Jesus as your Lord and Savior you became reborn, a new person! Have you embraced that new person? That great day you became the property of Jesus and that means Jesus is in you. The fact that Jesus is in you means you should strive to be more like Jesus. See how many times I used Jesus? He is the key. Today’s prayer is that we would fully understand that Jesus has been inside of our spirit since the day we decided to follow, striving to be more like Jesus! ……….Be Blessed

Our life as Christians was not able to happen without the Cross. That final day of the life of Jesus on this earth started eternal life for all those who call upon his name and confess him Lord and Savior. Today’s prayer is that we would extend the same grace by telling all what Jesus did that we could have eternal life, it’s a choice that he freely gives each and everyone!!! But if they don’t hear, how can they make that choice? ………….. Be Blessed

‭‭James‬ ‭1:14-15‬

“Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.” ‭‭James‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Temptation is not the sin, what giving into the temptation produces is sin. We are tempted in many different ways daily and I believe our closeness to God determines how we react to temptation. Today’s prayer is that our relationship would be so strong with God that temptation has no impact…….Be Blessed

YOU CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS. – MATTHEW 6 : 24, REVELATION 2 : 4, EPHESIANS 3 : 16 – 17, PSALM 16 : 11

“YOU CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS. If GOD is truly your Master, you will desire to please HIM above all others. If pleasing people is your goal, you will be enslaved to them. People can be harsh taskmasters when you give them this power over you. If GOD is the Master of your life, The LORD will also be your First Love. Your serving GOD is rooted and grounded in GOD’S vast, unconditional Love for you. The lower you bow down before The LORD, the higher GOD lifts you up into an intimate relationship with HIM. The Joy of living in The LORD’S Presence outshines all other pleasures. GOD wants you to reflect HIS joyous Light by living in increasing intimacy with HIM.”

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love. . . . EPHESIANS 3 : 16 – 17

You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. PSALM 16 : 11

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to truly understand that the joy of living in your presence outshines all other pleasures this world could offer. To focus on pleasing you above people and reflecting your light in an increasingly dark world. A world desperate for a Savior. May I reflect your bright light. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
