BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. | 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7, PSALM 96 : 6, JOHN 8 : 12, PSALM 36 : 9

https://youtu.be/ohM–pcA2L8

“BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. Follow GOD wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead, GOD knows; and that is enough! Some of The LORD’S richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith — not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul. Sometimes GOD leads you up a high mountain with only HIS hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of The LORD’S Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. GOD will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let The LORD’S Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.”

We live by faith, not by sight. 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary. PSALM 96 : 6

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 12

For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. PSALM 36 : 9

Prayer: Lord, help me follow You wholeheartedly even when I cannot see what is ahead. Give me faith to trust Your leading and believe that You are working even when I don’t understand the path. Keep Your light in me so I can carry Your joy and presence into the lives of others. Amen.

2 Corinthians 10 : 5

casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10 : 5 NKJV

One of the most difficult things to overcome in the natural world is to put bad thoughts out of your mind, how are we going to pay the mortgage, why can’t I get ahead in life? Negative thoughts will eventually take over in the form of actual situations if you don’t know what GOD’S word says about that situation. Today when negative thoughts enter your mind confess GOD’S Word and get rid of that “stinking thinking” We are more than conquerors through JESUS CHRIST …….. Be blessed

REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances. | HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19,  1 CHRONICLES 16 : 27

https://youtu.be/Ihe1VKCLP9g

“REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in GOD’S Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons . . . anywhere. Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with GOD. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but The LORD will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to GOD, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days.”

Scripture

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,  yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments. HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy in his dwelling place. 1 CHRONICLES 16 : 27

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me remember that true joy comes from You, not from having an easy day. When difficulties come, keep my focus on Your presence instead of my problems. Help me stay close to You and find Your joy even in the hard moments. Amen.

NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED GOD’S intimate nearness. | LUKE 12 : 7, JOHN 1 : 12, ROMANS 10 : 13

https://youtu.be/kEI55AV7cx8

“NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED GOD’S intimate nearness. Marvel at the wonder of GOD’S continual Presence with you. Even the most ardent human lover cannot always be with you. Nor can another person know the intimacies of your heart, mind, and spirit. GOD knows everything about you — even to the number of hairs on your head. You don’t need to work at revealing yourself to GOD. Many people spend a lifetime or a small fortune searching for someone who understands them. Yet The LORD is freely available to all who call upon HIS Name, who open their hearts to receive The LORD as SAVIOR. This simple act of faith is the beginning of a lifelong love story. GOD, the Lover of your soul, understands you perfectly and loves you eternally.”

Scripture

Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. LUKE 12 : 7

Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. JOHN 1 : 12

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” ROMANS 10 : 13

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for your intimate nearness and your continual presence with me. I’m in awe that the creator of the universe wants to be in an intimate relationship with me. Thank you for speaking to me continually. Help me to listen. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 John‬ ‭4 : 7 – 8

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4 : 7 – 8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Are you holding anger against a loved one? Have you not forgiven a wrong doing? This scripture reminds us that we are to love one another, unforgiveness is of the world, forgiveness is of The LORD. Today’s prayer is love and forgiveness for that is GOD, encourage your brothers and sisters they need it …… Be Blessed and Forgive

Galatians‬ ‭5 ‬: ‭16 – 17‬

So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. Galatians‬ ‭5 ‬: ‭16 – 17‬ NLT

Need direction? Always trying to do better but seem to stay the same? This scripture says to let The HOLY SPIRIT direct you and then you won’t be caught in the sinful nature. Today I pray we all would let the spirit direct our paths and see how life becomes more fulfilling ……. Be Blessed

Jonah‬ ‭1 : 1 – 3‬

“The word of the Lord came to Jonah son of Amittai: “Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.” But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the Lord.” ‭‭Jonah‬ ‭1 : 1 – 3‬ ‭NIV

Jonah ran from The LORD because he was afraid of the people of Nineveh. The people of Nineveh were wicked and evil, even though he ran he could never get away from what GOD called him to do. Has GOD called you to take HIS message to a particular people but you’re too afraid?  To take GOD’S message to all but you don’t have the courage? Just as GOD gave Jonah the words and courage HE will do the same for you. Today’s prayer is when you are convicted to witness to someone that is GOD’S Jonah call to you! Don’t be afraid GOD will provide the words …….. Be Blessed, Be Courageous

WORSHIP GOD ONLY. | 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15 – 16, ISAIAH 55 : 8 – 9, REVELATION 2 : 4, MATTHEW 11 : 28

https://youtu.be/J-NGFAOJupM

“WORSHIP GOD ONLY. GOD is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. GOD is taking care of you! The LORD is not only committed to caring for you, but HE is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in GOD, weary one, for this is a form of worship. Though self-flagellation has gone out of style, many of GOd’S children drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that GOD is sovereign and that HIS ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent The LORD as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship of GOD is lukewarm, because HE is no longer their First Love. GOD’S invitation never changes: Come to GOD, all you who are weary, and The LORD will give you rest. Worship GOD by resting peacefully in HIS Presence.”

Scripture

. . . which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen. 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15 – 16

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” ISAIAH 55 : 8 – 9

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. REVELATION 2 : 4

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” MATTHEW 11 : 28

Prayer

Prayer: God, teach me to worship you by resting peacefully in your presence. Help me to go about my day the way Jesus did – intentional yet unhurried and patient when detours come. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
