It’s so easy to get caught up in the ways of the world in a daily basis but that is not who we are. This scripture tells us that we once were doomed but now we are saved!!!! Let’s act like it.

The LORD wants you to live this day abundantly, seeing all there is to see, doing all there is to do. Don’t be distracted by future concerns. Leave them to The LORD! Each day of life is a glorious gift, but so few people know how to live within the confines of today. Much of their energy for abundant living spills over the timeline into tomorrow’s worries or past regrets. Their remaining energy is sufficient only for limping through the day, not for living it to the full. The LORD is training you to keep your focus on HIS Presence in the present. This is how to receive abundant Life, which flows freely from GOD’S throne of grace.”

Prayer
Prayer: Lord help me to live this day abundantly, looking for your blessings throughout the day like finding hidden treasure. Help me to live in the present and not worry about the past or the future, and leave them in your capable hands. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11 : 28 – 30 NASB
Do you just seem to struggle and never get to that place of rest? Maybe it’s because you are trying to do things your own way? Trying to be the fixer and not get fixed! The words of Jesus tell us to come to him!! Are you handing over your troubles? I’m not saying to hand them over and life is going to be full of rainbows and unicorns, there will always be trials and struggles but the way of the world will continue to bring problems! The way of Jesus will bring peace in the middle of the storms. Today’s prayer is that we would be so in tune with God’s Word that we would never be shaken and stand strong on the Word!!!! Hand the problem off to Jesus and take the next trial head on…….Be Blessed

Prayer: Lord when my energy is lacking help me to close my eyes and let you refuel me, even if for just a minute. Thank you for your intimate presence with me at all times. What a blessing. In Jesus’ name. Amen

It is so important as Christians to let our light shine, it is so easy when trials arise to shut the light off and let the dark show and that is exactly what the devil wants. To have true fellowship with The Lord is defined by our actions, remember non believers and some believers are watching what we do under the gun. Even dignitaries must plow through red tape and protocol in order to speak with royalty. Though GOD is King of the universe, GOD is totally accessible to you. The LORD is with you wherever you are. Nothing can separate you from The LORD’S Presence! When The LORD, JESUS CHRIST cried out from the cross, “It is finished!” The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. This opened the way for you to meet GOD face to Face, with no need of protocol or priests. GOD, the King of kings, is your constant Companion.

Prayer
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for making it possible to commune with you – the Creator of the universe – anywhere, anytime. Help me not to take that gift for granted and to commune with you often, like a child being taught. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Isn’t it nice to know we serve a forgiving God? Isn’t it nice to know when we fall short (which we all do all day everyday) we are forgiven? The key is are we sinning knowing we are forgiven? Today’s prayer is that we would not use God’s Grace as an insurance policy but repent daily and ask God to fix our areas of shortcomings. “POUR ALL OF YOUR ENERGY into trusting GOD. It is through trust that you stay connected to GOD, aware of HIS Presence. Every step on your life-journey can be a step of faith. Baby steps of trust are simple for you; you can take them with almost unconscious ease. Giant steps are another matter altogether: leaping across chasms in semidarkness, scaling cliffs of uncertainty, trudging through the valley of the shadow of death. These feats require sheer concentration, as well as utter commitment to GOD. Each of The LORD’S children is a unique blend of temperament, giftedness, and life experiences. Something that is a baby step for you may be a giant step for another person, and vice versa. Only GOD knows the difficulty or ease of each segment of your journey. Beware of trying to impress others by acting as if your giant steps are only baby ones. Do not judge others who hesitate, in trembling fear, before an act that would be easy for you. If each of GOD’S children would seek to please GOD above all else, fear of others’ judgments would vanish, as would attempts to impress others. Focus your attention on the path just ahead of you and on The One who never leaves your side.”
