“SIT QUIETLY IN GOD’S PRESENCE while HE blesses you. Make your mind like a still pool of water, ready to receive whatever thoughts GOD drops into it. Rest in The LORD’S sufficiency, as you consider the challenges this day presents. Do not wear yourself out by worrying about whether you can cope with the pressures. Keep looking to The LORD and communicating with HIM, as you walk through this day together. Take time to rest by the wayside, for GOD is not in a hurry. A leisurely pace accomplishes more than hurried striving. When you rush, you forget who you are and whose you are. Remember that you are royalty in GOD’S kingdom.”

Prayer: God help me to make time to sit in your presence. To keep looking at you and talking with you as we walk through this day together. To rest often and feel no guilt, just as you did on the 7th day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
