“He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—” John 1:8-12 NIV
John knew he was not the light or the savior, he knew his assignment , to tell all of the one who was coming. Jesus trusts that we as disciples will do the exact same thing, “Tell the world” Today’s prayer is that we would all have the boldness and words to witness to all the non believers…….Be Blessed & witness away
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
