A magnificent rose, a hauntingly glorious sunset, oceanic splendor— all these things were meant to proclaim GOD’S Presence in the world. Most people rush past these proclamations without giving them a second thought. Some people use beauty, especially feminine loveliness, to sell their products. How precious are GOD’S children who are awed by nature’s beauty; this opens them up to GOD’S Holy Presence. Even before you knew The LORD personally, you responded to HIS creation with wonder. This is a gift, and it carries responsibility with it. Declare GOD’S glorious Being to the world. The whole earth is full of The LORD’S radiant beauty—GOD’S Glory!”

Prayer
Prayer: God thank you for the beauty in the world that displays your holiness and splendor. Help me to slow down to appreciate the beauty all around me – proclaiming your presence and tenderness and love to the world. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
