Deception is something we deal with everyday. When we know not to do something but do it anyway something has convinced us that it is ok. In this scripture the Devil convinced Eve that it was ok to eat of the fruit because what God had told her was false, but that could not have been further from the truth. Today’s prayer is that we would always know that the example that God has set for us is nothing but truth!!! Stand strong in the truth you know and resist the Devil and he has to flee…….Be Blessed

Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods. PSALM 40 : 4

When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me? PSALM 56 : 3 – 4

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. PSALM 62 : 8

You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal. ISAIAH 26 : 3 – 4

Prayer: Lord help me to rely on you more and more whether in good times or in adversity. To trust you at all times regardless of the circumstance. Your ways are higher than my ways. I trust you Jesus. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

This scripture speaks such volume! In today’s society there are so many different opinions of what a God is. There are religions that worship objects, animals, Suns , moons, etc. The truth is there is only one true living God and every person will at some point have the opportunity to call upon his name. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. PSALM 46 : 1 – 3

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Prayer: Lord thank you for the blessings and miracles you do everyday. Help me to have eyes to see and ears to hear, proclaiming your abiding presence to the world. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

This scripture is so powerful!!! Jesus speaks of helping those in need, beings that he considers all creation his. When was the last time you lent a helping hand to a complete stranger? When was the last time you made a selfless act of kindness? Today’s prayer is that we would see Jesus in all we come across and treat them as if they were the most special person on earth…….Be Blessed

Prayer: Lord provide healing, comfort, peace, and joy in knowing your the reason, and happiness for a promised eternity with YOU! You are our salvation. Bless us as we think of You this Christmas and remember that the gifts we give others are a symbol of the ultimate gift You gave to us.
