Prayer: God I want to stay connected to you all day. Help me to do by thanking you in every situation. Do you find yourself striving for greatness? And to what measure are you striving for?. God has called us to live a life that is pleasing to him, pressing forward to the goal of bringing heaven to earth. There is an element of mystery in this transaction: You give GOD thanks (regardless of your feelings), and GOD gives you Joy (regardless of your circumstances). This is a spiritual act of obedience—at times, blind obedience. To people who don’t know GOD intimately, it can seem irrational and even impossible to thank GOD for heartrending hardships. Nonetheless, those who obey GOD in this way are invariably blessed, even though difficulties may remain. Thankfulness opens your heart to The LORD’S Presence and your mind to The LORD’S thoughts. You may still be in the same place, with the same set of circumstances, but it is as if a light has been switched on, enabling you to see from GOD’S perspective. Prayer: Lord thank you for the many blessings you’ve given me. Help me to give thanks regardless of my feelings so you can give me joy regardless of my circumstances. Help me to see things from your perspective which removes the sting from my adversity. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Where is your trust? This psalm reminds us that we as christians don’t trust in the world but in the Lord. Today’s prayer is that we would all evaluate where our trust lies, if it is not in the Lord then put it there……Be Blessed

Sometimes life can seem impossible even to the point of giving up. This scripture reassures us that Jesus is always there for us in our time of need. It can also be a source of deep discouragement when your works don’t measure up to your expectations. Shift your focus from your performance to GOD’S radiant Presence. The Light of GOD’S Love shines on you continually, regardless of your feelings or behavior. Your responsibility is to be receptive to this unconditional Love.
