It is so important as Christians to let our light shine, it is so easy when trials arise to shut the light off and let the dark show and that is exactly what the devil wants. To have true fellowship with The Lord is defined by our actions, remember non believers and some believers are watching what we do under the gun. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things in the world to do when you are not in constant communication with God, when you are not meditating daily in his word. When you are in continual prayer forgiveness becomes much easier, just think if God would not have sent his Son in the place of our sin!!! Devastating. Meditate when you read this passage, what exactly does it mean to you and me? . What this scripture says to me is that we are the property of God almighty, that we are considered Holy and redeemed in Gods eyes, that we are his children for eternity. Personal Note: After I hit a very low point in life due to my own mistakes I began devoting time each morning in quiet, solitude of prayer and Bible study. Words fail to express how this has strengthened my personal relationship with Christ and helped me become a better Christian and as result better Husband, Dad and man. When I saw the benefits & growth that is what made me create this channel / page so that I could share that with others.
Prayer: Lord help me to clothe myself with you each morning which is the best preparation for each day and what’s up ahead. Only you know the triumphs and challenges I’ll face up ahead. Oh to being pleasing to God, he loves when we become more like his Son. The way we think determines the way we act, for example if we look at the negative in all situations we will become negative, if we look at the positives we will become positive.
