“THE LORD IS A GOD WHO HEALS. GOD heals broken bodies, broken minds, broken hearts, broken lives, and broken relationships. GOD’S very Presence has immense healing powers. You cannot live close to GOD without experiencing some degree of healing. However, it is also true that you have not because you ask not. You receive the healing that flows naturally from THE LORD’S Presence, whether you seek it or not. But there is more— much more—available to those who ask. The first step in receiving healing is to live ever so close to GOD. The benefits of this practice are too numerous to list. As you grow more and more intimate with GOD, HE reveals HIS will to you more directly. When the time is right, The LORD prompts you to ask for healing of some brokenness in you or in another person. The healing may be instantaneous, or it may be a process. That is up to GOD. Your part is to trust GOD fully and to thank The LORD for the restoration that has begun. GOD rarely heals all the brokenness in a person’s life. Even GOD’S servant Paul was told, “My grace is sufficient for you,” when he sought healing for the thorn in his flesh. To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 7 – 9

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” MATTHEW 7 : 7

Prayer: Lord help me to live ever so close to you today. Thank you for your incredible healing, mercy, and grace. Prompt me to pray for healing more Lord. We sure need it in these times. I trust your timing Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. PSALM 37 : 7

Prayer: Lord when I make time for you, you offer me rest for my soul and refreshment for my mind and body. It’s so amazing the creator of the stars wants to spend time with me and give me such good gifts when I do. Help me to put you first in my life so that despite any circumstance I can have peace and joy because of you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

No matter where you’re at, No matter what circumstance you’re going through, God is faithful!!!! He is always there and Jesus always has his hand upon the situation. Today I pray that in the middle of the storm we will praise his holy name!!!! God is waiting with open arms to help us through any situation or struggle, weakness comes from those who are proud, strength comes to those who humble themselves at the foot of the cross. Prayer: Lord help me to find you in the midst of the storm. To whisper your name, Jesus, to remind myself you are still with me and you are still in control. I surrender it all to you Lord. Help me to be salt and light in the darkness this week. For your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Test all things, hold all to Gods genuine truth, and be Strong and Courageous!! Jeremiah 28: 13-17

Jeremiah 28: 13-17 NKJV; God commands Jeremiah, his prophet, to rebuke a false prophet named Hananiah who proclaimed that The kingdom of Judah’s subservience to Babylon would soon be over and that Judah’s King and temple treasures would be returned from Babylonian captivity

13 “Go and tell Hananiah, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord: “You have broken the yokes of wood, but you have made in their place yokes of iron.” 14 For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him. I have given him the beasts of the field also.” ’ ”

15 Then the prophet Jeremiah said to Hananiah the prophet, “Hear now, Hananiah, the Lord has not sent you, but you make this people trust in a lie. 16 Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will cast you from the face of the earth. This year you shall die, because you have taught rebellion against the Lord.’ ”

17 So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.

Life is not easy and the truth can be quite bitter especially if it proclaims the consequences of sin. As such mankind prefers to hear and believe sweet lies over the bitter truth. This is dangerous both for those who believe the lie and those who proclaim or spread it.

If you believe a lie you have a false foundation for your beliefs and expectations thus leaving you confused, angry, unprepared, and with crushed spirit when the lie is proven false. Those who falsely proclaim truth and spread lies and thus lead Gods people astray face dire consequences just as Hananiah did. Therefore those who wish to spread the word of God must be thoroughly honest with themselves and their audience so they do not corrupt and adulterate Gods word and truth for those who are seeking him.

Test all things, hold all to Gods genuine truth, and be Strong and Courageous!! Amen!!

Circumstances can consume your day and even your life. The key to peace is were it comes from. The Lord is the only true peace we have, to trust and depend on him is key. Today’s prayer is that our foundation would be the Lord!
