Today’s world is so into itself! You have those who believe the world exploded into existence, those who believe there are many gods, those who believe they are gods, and those who believe a supreme being does not exist. In the end all will experience the one true God!! The God who created the world and the God who will end this world. Today’s prayer is that we all would witness the only God!!! JESUS CHRIST, The LORD, GOD Almighty, Abba, The Alpha and Omega. God is real and he is living!! be versed up in his word to effectively witness……Be Blessed

SELF – PITY IS A SLIMY, BOTTOMLESS PIT. – PSALM 40 : 2 – 3, PSALM 42 : 5, PSALM 147 : 11

“SELF – PITY IS A SLIMY, BOTTOMLESS PIT. Once you fall in, you tend to go deeper and deeper into the mire. As you slide down those slippery walls, you are well on your way to depression, and the darkness is profound. Your only hope is to look up and see the Light of GOD’S Presence shining down on you. Though the Light looks dim from your perspective, deep in the pit, those rays of hope can reach you at any depth. While you focus on GOD in trust, you rise ever so slowly out of the abyss of despair. Finally, you can reach up and grasp GOD’S hand. The LORD will pull you out into the Light again. HE will gently cleanse you, washing off the clinging mire. GOD will cover you with HIS righteousness and walk with you down the path of Life.”

Scripture

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD. PSALM 40 : 2 – 3

Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance. PSALM 42 : 5 (NKJV)

The LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love. PSALM 147 : 11

Prayer

Prayer: Lord when I start to go down a path of self-pity, help me remember I don’t have to rely on my own strength. You are my rock and my fortress. And you will fight my battles for me, when I give up control to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 17‬

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,” ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 17‬ ‭

Have you ever been at a point in life where you just thought it would never end? I have. Years ago I was in such a dark place I thought I had hit rock bottom!!!!! Thanks be to God for coming to me and showing me who I truly am. Today’s prayer is that no matter how bad it seems it is just a season and God will pull you through…..Be Blessed

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW. This is not a suggestion, but a command. GOD divided time into days and nights, so that you would have manageable portions of life to handle. GOD’S grace is sufficient for you, but its sufficiency is for only one day at a time. When you worry about the future, you heap day upon day of troubles onto your flimsy frame. You stagger under this heavy load, which GOD never intended you to carry. Throw off this oppressive burden with one quick thrust of trust. Anxious thoughts meander about and crisscross in your brain, but trusting The LORD brings you directly into HIS Presence. As you thus affirm your faith, shackles of worry fall off instantly. Enjoy GOD’S Presence continually by trusting HIM at all times.”

Scripture

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. MATTHEW 6 : 34

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9

Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. PSALM 62 : 8 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, you give me enough grace for one day at a time. When my mind wanders into the future, gently remind me to come back to the present, to enjoy the present with you and those around me. Thank you for my daily bread. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Is it hard for you to ask for help? Do you fell like you are weak if you do ask for help? God is waiting with open arms to help us through any situation or struggle, weakness comes from those who are proud, strength comes to those who humble themselves at the foot of the cross. James‬ ‭3 : 2 – 5

“We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.”

Are the words you’re speaking into people’s lives edifying or damning? From the ” good morning” to the “what’s wrong with you idiot”. James speaks clearly about the power of the tongue in this scripture just how powerful one little word can affect someone. Today’s prayer is that we would all let God put a bit in our mouths or a rudder on our tongue, that we would edify people no matter how we feel. When someone wrongs you hand it over to God and bite down on that bit……..Be Blessed and tell someone “Good Morning”

“Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭62 : 8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Trust is such a difficult thing, To put your trust in someone or something 100% can let you down. To fully trust in the Lord will never let you down! Today I pray that we will always trust the Lord in every situation, even if we can’t see results, still trust in his everlasting promise……Be Blessed

“You gave me life and showed me your unfailing love. My life was preserved by your care.” ‭‭Job‬ ‭10 : 12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God cares for you! When it seems like you don’t have a friend in the world, you have a friend in God. Job went through some of the most life altering trials but still knew that God was there for him. Today’s prayer is that when we go through trials we would think of Job and have he same praising attitude that he had, praise God in the sunshine and in the storms………Be Blessed

“WORSHIP GOD ONLY. Idolatry has always been the downfall of GOD’S people. GOD makes no secrets about being a jealous God. Current idols are more subtle than ancient ones, because today’s false gods are often outside the field of religion. People, possessions, status, and self-aggrandizement are some of the most popular deities today. Beware of bowing down before these things. False gods never satisfy; instead, they stir up lust for more and more. When you seek The LORD instead of the world’s idols, you experience The LORD’S Joy and Peace. These intangibles satisfy the thirst of your soul, providing deep satisfaction. The glitter of the world is tinny and temporal. The Light of GOD’S Presence is brilliant and everlasting. Walk in the Light with GOD. Thus you become a beacon through whom others are drawn to The LORD.”

“You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.” EXODUS 20 : 4 – 5

You are my lamp, O LORD; the LORD turns my darkness into light. 2 SAMUEL 22 : 29

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to seek you instead of the world’s idols. In your presence is fullness of joy. Only you can truly satisfy me. All else will fall short. Show me any area of my life I need to de-throne and surrender to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
