“Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God!” Psalms 42:11 NLT
This is the state you will have if you trust in the world, the world will bring temporary happiness and eternal sorrow. Today’s prayer is that we would have 100% trust in God and God alone……Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“THIS IS A TIME OF ABUNDANCE in your life. Your cup runneth over with blessings. After plodding uphill for many weeks, you are now traipsing through lush meadows drenched in warm sunshine. GOD wants you to enjoy to the full this time of ease and refreshment. The LORD delights in providing it for you. Sometimes GOD’S children hesitate to receive My good gifts with open hands. Feelings of false guilt creep in, telling them they don’t deserve to be so richly blessed. This is nonsense-thinking, because no one deserves anything from GOD. The LORD’S kingdom is not about earning and deserving; it’s about believing and receiving. When a child of Mine balks at accepting GOD’s gifts, HE is deeply grieved. When you receive GOD’S abundant blessings with a grateful heart, HE rejoices. GOD’S pleasure in giving and your pleasure in receiving flow together in joyous harmony.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. PSALM 23 : 5 (KJV)
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” JOHN 3 : 16
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.” LUKE 11 : 9 – 10
He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all— how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ROMANS 8 : 32
Prayer: God thank you that you delight in providing ease and refreshment to your children. Oh how I need it Lord. Help me to be fully open to receive all you have for me today. Attune my heart to yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
“holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith.” 1 Timothy 1:19 NIV
Is your faith strong? Do you trust your 100% to God? I see so many Christians that let the worlds circumstances destroy there faith in the Lord. The bible tells us that God is there through ALL! not some. Today’s prayer is that we would always trust in the Lord no matter what the circumstance is………Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“DO NOT LET any set of circumstances intimidate you. The more challenging your day, the more of GOD’S Power HE places at your disposal. You seem to think that GOD empowers you equally each day, but this is not so. Your tendency upon awakening is to assess the difficulties ahead of you, measuring them against your average strength. This is an exercise in unreality. GOD knows what each of your days will contain, and The LORD empowers you accordingly. The degree to which GOD strengthens you on a given day is based mainly on two variables: the difficulty of your circumstances, and your willingness to depend on GOD for help. Try to view challenging days as opportunities to receive more of The LORD’S Power than usual. Look to GOD for all that you need, and watch to see what The LORD will do. As your day, so shall your strength be.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms. EPHESIANS 1 : 18 – 20
Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always. PSALM 105 : 4
Your sandals shall be iron and bronze; As your days, so shall your strength be. DEUTERONOMY 33 : 25 (NKJV)
Prayer: Lord do not let any set of circumstances intimidate me. The more challenging my day the more of your power you place at my disposal. You know what each of my days will contain and you empower me accordingly. Thank you Lord. You are a good good Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10 NKJV)
What is in your heart today? Remember the day you found Jesus? Remember the joy you felt inside? What has changed? The same fire that was felt on that day we found Jesus is still living on the inside of us. The world says to suppress the name of Jesus, but the living word of God says to Confess the name of Jesus. Today I pray that fire would ignite again and we would be bold for our faith to all……..In Jesus name Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“FOCUS YOUR ENTIRE BEING on GOD’S living Presence. GOD is most assuredly with you, enveloping you in HIS Love and Peace. While you relax in GOD’S Presence, The LORD molding your mind and cleansing your heart. GOD is recreating you into the one HE designed you to be. As you move from stillness into the activities of your day, do not relinquish your attentiveness to The LORD. If something troubles you, talk it over with HIM. If you get bored with what you are doing, fill the time with prayers and praise. When someone irritates you, don’t let your thoughts linger on that person’s faults. Gently nudge your mind back to GOD. Every moment is precious if you keep your focus on The LORD. Any day can be a good day, because CHRIST’S Presence permeates all time.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness. PSALM 89 : 15 – 16
This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. 1 JOHN 3 : 19 – 20
To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. JUDE 24 – 25
In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever. PSALM 41 : 12
Prayer: Lord help me to relax each day in your presence. Allowing you to mold my mind and clean my heart, aligning my heart to yours. Recreate me into the one you designed me to be and use me to be a blessing to others all for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me? (Psalms 56:3-4 NLT)
What are you afraid of ? What is it that worries you? What makes you fret? Today’s prayer is that you will put all your trust in God, he always has your back in all situations……Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. (John 16:8 NLT)
The Holy Spirit came to convict the world of its sin, before we were believers the Spirit worked on us in the same way. As believers the Holy Spirit does not convict us of our sin but of our righteousness!!! He tells us that’s not who we are when we sin, as The Spirit convicts the non believers of there sin and shows them the way. Today I pray that we would be used as a instrument of the spirit to win souls for the Lord…..Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“SIT QUIETLY WITH GOD, letting all your fears and worries bubble up to the surface of your consciousness. There, in the Light of GOD”S Presence, the bubbles pop and disappear. However, some fears surface over and over again, especially fear of the future. You tend to project yourself mentally into the next day, week, month, year, decade; and you visualize yourself coping badly in those times. What you are seeing is a false image, because it doesn’t include The LORD. Those gloomy times that you imagine will not come to pass, since GOD’S Presence will be with you at all times. When a future-oriented worry assails you, capture it and disarm it by suffusing the Light of The LORD’S Presence into that mental image. Say to yourself, “Jesus will be with me then and there. With His help, I can cope!” Then, come home to the present moment, where you can enjoy Peace in The LORD’S Presence.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?” LUKE 12 : 22 – 26
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” DEUTERONOMY 31 : 6
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 CORINTHIANS 10 : 5
Prayer: Lord help me to make time to sit quietly in your presence everyday, letting all my fears and worries bubble up to the surface where the light of your presence dissipates them. Greater is he that is in me than he who is in the world. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Philippians 4:4 NLT
Has someone or something taken your joy? Well it’s temporary. Joy in things of the world will at some point leave you wanting something more, something bigger, but joy in the Lord our one true hope will never leave us craving more. Today I pray that whatever brings you joy would be put aside and your true joy would come from the Lord…..Be Blessed
