Genesis‬ ‭4:3-7

“And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the LORD. Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the LORD respected Abel and his offering, but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell. So the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭4:3-7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

I believe this scripture is essential for all of us. Cain brought the least and Able brought the first, the best, the deserving of the Lord! Are you giving God your best or just the leftovers? Today’s prayers are that we would always give God our best, our 100% be faithful to God because he is always faithful to us…….. Be Blessed

“COME TO GOD with your defenses down, ready to be blessed and filled with GOD’S Presence. Relax, and feel the relief of being totally open and authentic with GOD. You have nothing to hide and nothing to disclose, because The LORD know everything about you already. You can have no other relationship like this one. Take time to savor its richness, basking in The LORD’S golden Light. One of the worst consequences of the Fall is the elaborate barriers people erect between themselves and others. Facades abound in the world, even in GOD’S Body, the Church. Sometimes, church is the last place where people feel free to be themselves. They cover up with Sunday clothes and Sunday smiles. They feel relief when they leave because of the strain of false fellowship. The best antidote to this artificial atmosphere is practicing GOD’S Presence at church. Let your primary focus be communing with GOD, worshiping HIM, glorifying HIM. Then you will be able to smile at others with GOD’S Joy and love them with HIS Love.”

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 JOHN 1 : 5 – 7

The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” EXODUS 33 : 14

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable— if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 8 – 9

Prayer: Lord thank you that I can come to you with my defenses down and allow you to fill me with your joy and peace. Help me to take every thought captive and make it obedient to you Jesus and replace those thoughts with things that are true, right, noble, pure, admirable, lovely, excellent and praiseworthy. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

What’s on your agenda today? Are you making the most of everyday? This scripture talks about being careful how you live. I see so many people say someday I will clean my act up, get right, maybe do the Jesus thing, The devil must jump for joy over those people. Today’s prayer is that we would all realize that we are not promised tomorrow!!!! It’s time to love all, live righteous, help others, and most important Love the Lord……Be Blessed

“GO GENTLY THROUGH THIS DAY, keeping your eyes on GOD. GOD will open up the way before you, as you take steps of trust along your path. Sometimes the way before you appears to be blocked. If you focus on the obstacle or search for a way around it, you will probably go off course. Instead, focus on GOD, the Shepherd who is leading you along your life-journey. Before you know it, the “obstacle” will be behind you and you will hardly know how you passed through it. That is the secret of success in GOD’S kingdom. Although you remain aware of the visible world around you, your primary awareness is of The LORD. When the road before you looks rocky, you can trust GOD to get you through that rough patch. The LORD’S Presence enables you to face each day with confidence.”

The path of the righteous is level; O upright One, you make the way of the righteous smooth. ISAIAH 26 : 7

Prayer: Jesus help me to focus on you, my Shepherd, who leads me and guides me and protects me on this life-journey. Help me to be deeply rooted in you, so that when life’s storms come, I will be able to stand firm. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Sometimes we get so caught up in our daily lives we stop one day and think when is the last time I gave thanks to God for all he does? Prayer and communication should be a by the hour thing with our Lord. Today’s prayer is that we all would give thanks and praise in all things to the Lord, good and bad because we know all Good comes from the Lord, and all the bad the Lord will turn to good for his glory………..Be Blessed and Praise

It can sometimes be hard to be courageous, to be strong, and to do everything with love. The way we start our day determines the outcome I believe. How are you starting your day? If it is not with prayer I believe your day will be directed by the world. Today’s prayer is that we would start our day with prayer and the word!!! But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what GOD is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously— take God seriously. ‭Micah‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬ MSG

I love the way this translation explains it, basically be nice to all and put God first in everything!!!!! The Bible has laid out instruction for our lives, it is so easy to get tangled up in the things of the world, but when God is first it becomes clear on how to handle circumstances. Today I pray that it would be this simple for us to translate – treat all equally, love with all you have, don’t be so hard on yourself, and most important PUT GOD FIRST…….Be Blessed

“TRY TO STAY CONSCIOUS OF GOD as you go step by step through this day. GOD’S Presence with you is both a promise and a protection. CHRIST The LORD’S final statement just before HE ascended into heaven was: “Surely I am with you always.” That promise was for all of GOD’S followers, without exception. The promise of GOD’S Presence is a powerful protection. As you journey through your life, there are numerous pitfalls along the way. Many voices clamor for your attention, enticing you to go their way. A few steps away from your true path are pits of self-pity and despair, plateaus of pride and self-will. If you take your eyes off GOD and follow another’s way, you are in grave danger. Even well-meaning friends can lead you astray if you let them usurp The LORD’S place in your life. The way to stay on the path of Life is to keep your focus on GOD. Awareness of GOD’S Presence is your best protection.”

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. HEBREWS 12 : 1 – 2

Prayer: Lord, I know the path to life is to keep my focus on you Jesus. And when I am tempted, though not by you because you never tempt, but by my flesh, the world, or the enemy – remind me that the one who is in me is greater than the one who is in the world. Keep me close to you today, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“BE PREPARED TO SUFFER FOR GOD, in HIS Name. All suffering has meaning in GOD’S kingdom. Pain and problems are opportunities to demonstrate your trust in The LORD. Bearing your circumstances bravely—even thanking GOD for them—is one of the highest forms of praise. This sacrifice of thanksgiving rings golden-toned bells of Joy throughout heavenly realms. On earth also, your patient suffering sends out ripples of good tidings in ever-widening circles. When suffering strikes, remember that GOD is sovereign and that HE can bring good out of everything. Do not try to run from pain or hide from problems. Instead, accept adversity in GOD’S Name, offering it up to The LORD for HIS purposes. Thus, your suffering gains meaning and draws you closer to GOD. Joy emerges from the ashes of adversity through your trust and thankfulness.”

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. JAMES 1 : 2 – 4

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy. PSALM 107 : 21 – 22

Prayer: Lord help me to remember you bring purpose out of all pain and suffering. Use them to strengthen my trust in you and to help others going through the same thing. Even when I feel surrounded, open my eyes to see your angel army in greater numbers surrounding and protecting me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
