Jeremiah‬ ‭1 : 6 – 8‬

““Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭1 : 6 – 8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called” ever felt like Jeremiah? Scared? Not worthy? Well God has called you to a certain ministry, whether it’s Pastor, missions, or just to be an encourager. Today’s prayer is that you would trust God and just step into your calling He is right there by your side……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

Romans‬ ‭15‬ : ‭13‬

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans‬ ‭15‬ : ‭13‬ NLT

Your outlook on life can sometimes be controlled by the circumstances, the chaos around you steals your peace, but God’s promise and standing on His Word brings all the issues into perspective. Today I pray for peace and hope to all, trust in God’s promise and let the Holy Spirit direct your path…… Be Blessed

TRY TO SEE THINGS more and more from GOD’S perspective. – PROVERBS 20 : 24, 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 17 – 18

“TRY TO SEE THINGS more and more from GOD’S perspective. Let the Light of GOD’S Presence so fully fill your mind that you view the world through HIM. When little things don’t go as you had hoped, look to The LORD lightheartedly and say, “Oh, well.” This simple discipline can protect you from being burdened with an accumulation of petty cares and frustrations. If you practice this diligently, you will make a life-changing discovery: You realize that most of the things that worry you are not important. If you shrug them off immediately and return your focus to The LORD, you will walk through your days with lighter steps and a joyful heart. When serious problems come your way, you will have more reserves for dealing with them. You will not have squandered your energy on petty problems. You may even reach the point where you can agree with the apostle Paul that all your troubles are light and momentary, compared with the eternal glory being achieved by them”

Scripture

A man’s steps are directed by the LORD. How then can anyone understand his own way? PROVERBS 20 : 24

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 17 – 18

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to see my problems from your perspective, remembering they are temporary and each trial can draw me closer to you. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you and to keep eternity in mind, where there will be no more pain, suffering, or trials of any kind. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Psalm‬ ‭90 : 12

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭90 : 12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We all have a day that we will meet the Lord, are you living life with a just get by attitude or are you living life to the fullest for God? Today’s prayer is that we would approach every day with thanks and with a heart to serve the Lord with all our heart……..Be Blessed

SEEK TO PLEASE GOD above all else. – MATTHEW 6 : 33, JOHN 8 : 29, COLOSSIANS 3 : 23 – 24

“SEEK TO PLEASE GOD above all else. Let that goal be your focal point as you go through this day. Such a mind-set will protect you from scattering your energy to the winds. The free will GOD bestowed on you comes with awesome responsibility. Each day presents you with choice after choice. Many of these decisions you ignore and thus make by default. Without a focal point to guide you, you can easily lose your way. That’s why it is so important to stay in communication with GOD, living in thankful awareness of HIS Presence. You inhabit a fallen, disjointed world, where things are constantly unraveling around the edges. Only a vibrant relationship with GOD can keep you from unraveling also.”

Scripture

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” MATTHEW 6 : 33

“The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.” JOHN 8 : 29

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. COLOSSIANS 3 : 23 – 24

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I want to seek to please you above all else. Protect me from scattering my energy to the wind. Help me to do everything as if working for you. To be a spouse of excellence, a parent of excellence, a friend of excellence – with your help Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ : ‭5‬

Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ : ‭5‬ NLT

I’m not sure we can ever figure out why things happen the way they do, but I am certain that God has our best interest in mind. The Bible says God works all things for good for those who are in Christ Jesus so I stand on that!!!!! Today I pray that we would trust God’s promise and leave the figuring to him……Be Blessed

YOU WILL NOT FIND GOD’S PEACE by engaging in excessive planning: attempting to control what will happen to you in the future. – 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7, PROVERBS 16 : 9, PSALM 37 : 5

“YOU WILL NOT FIND GOD’S PEACE by engaging in excessive planning: attempting to control what will happen to you in the future. That is a commonly practiced form of unbelief. When your mind spins with multiple plans, Peace may sometimes seem to be within your grasp; yet it always eludes you. Just when you think you have prepared for all possibilities, something unexpected pops up and throws things into confusion. GOD did not design the human mind to figure out the future. That is beyond your capability. GOD crafted your mind for continual communication with HIM. Bring The LORD all your needs, your hopes and fears. Commit everything into GOD’S care. Turn from the path of planning to the path of Peace.”

Scripture

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7

In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. PROVERBS 16 : 9

Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. PSALM 37 : 5 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: God I bring you all my needs, my hopes, and my fears. I lay them at the cross. I commit them into your care. Help me to turn from the path of excessive planning to excessive peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭7 ‬: ‭7 – 8‬

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew‬ ‭7 ‬: ‭7 – 8‬ NLT

What are you asking for ? What door are you knocking on? What are you seeking? This is a scripture that has always hit home with me to make me check out what am I focused on. Today’s prayer is that we all would self check what we are focused on, material things or things of righteousness…….Be Blessed

GOD DESIGNED YOU to live in union with HIM. – MARK 8 : 36, PSALM 139 : 13 – 16, 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

“GOD DESIGNED YOU to live in union with HIM. This union does not negate who you are; it actually makes you more fully yourself. When you try to live independently of GOD, you experience emptiness and dissatisfaction. You may gain the whole world and yet lose everything that really counts. Find fulfillment through living close to GOD, yielding to HIS purposes for you. Though The LORD may lead you along paths that feel alien to you, trust that The LORD knows what HE is doing. If you follow GOD wholeheartedly, you will discover facets of yourself that were previously hidden. GOD knows you intimately — far better than you know yourself. In union with The LORD, you are complete. In closeness to The LORD, you are transformed more and more into the one GOD designed you to be.”

Scripture

“What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?” MARK 8 : 36

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. PSALM 139 : 13 – 16

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

Prayer

Prayer: Lord you know me intimately, better than I know myself because you created me. You created me for your pleasure and purpose. Keep me close to you and transform me to look more like Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭3 : 9 – 11

“For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3 : 9 – 11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

How’s construction coming? How solid is your foundation? The most important part of a structure is the foundation, it supports the weight, stress, and whatever is placed on it. Much like our Christian faith the most important part is to build our foundation as Jesus Christ! Being a Christian is difficult but rewarding and having Jesus as our foundation relieves the weight, stress or whatever is placed upon us. Today’s prayer is that we all check our foundation, make sure 100% that it is Jesus! Having him as our solid foundation will relieve many of the trials we face daily……Be Blessed & be your own building inspector
