“DO NOT BE SURPRISED by the fiery attacks on your mind. When you struggle to find GOD and to live in GOD’S Peace, don’t let discouragement set in. You are engaged in massive warfare, spiritually speaking. The evil one abhors your closeness to GOD, and his demonic underlings are determined to destroy our intimacy. When you find yourself in the thick of battle, call upon The LORD’S Name: “Jesus, help me!” At that instant, the battle becomes The LORD’S; your role is simply to trust GOD as HE fights for you. The LORD’S Name, properly used, has unlimited Power to bless and protect. At the end of time, every knee will bow (in heaven, on earth, and under the earth), when GOD’S Name is proclaimed. People who have used “Jesus” as a shoddy swear word will fall down in terror on that awesome day. But all those who have drawn near The LORD through trustingly uttering HIS Name will be filled with inexpressible and glorious Joy. This is your great hope, as you await CHRIST The LORD’S return.”

Prayer: Lord today I put on my armor you’ve provided. The belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, shoes fitted with the gospel of peace, my shield of faith to block the flaming arrows of the enemy, and my sword which is the word of God.
