Psalm 62:5-6
“Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.”
Psalm 62:5-6
Circumstances can consume your day and even your life. The key to peace is were it comes from. The Lord is the only true peace we have, to trust and depend on him is key. Today’s prayer is that our foundation would be the Lord! Don’t look at the problem, look through the problem the solution is on the other side waiting, Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…..Be Blessed
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new
Daily Devotional Video 3/13/2020 JOHN 16 : 33
“LEARN TO LIVE above your circumstances. This requires focused time with The LORD, the One who overcame the world. Trouble and distress are woven into the very fabric of this perishing world. Only GOD’S Life in you can empower you to face this endless flow of problems with good cheer. As you sit quietly in The LORD’S Presence, GOD shines Peace into your troubled mind and heart. Little by little, you are freed from earthly shackles and lifted up above your circumstances. You gain The LORD’S perspective on your life, enabling you to distinguish between what is important and what is not. Rest in GOD’S Presence, receiving Joy that no one can take away from you.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” JOHN 16 : 33 (NKJV)
So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. JOHN 16 : 22
Prayer: Lord help me to spend quiet time with you each day so you can infuse your peace and joy despite any circumstance life may bring. Help me to see things from your perspective and distinguish what is important and what is not today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Daily Devotional Video 3/12/2020 – ROMANS 8:28
“WAITING, TRUSTING, AND HOPING are intricately connected, like golden strands interwoven to form a strong chain. Trusting is the central strand, because it is the response from GOD’S children that HE desires the most. Waiting and hoping embellish the central strand of trust and strengthen the chain that connects you to GOD. Waiting for GOD to work, with your eyes on HIM, is evidence that you really do trust GOD. If you mouth the words “I trust You” while anxiously trying to make things go your way, your words ring hollow. Hoping is future-directed, connecting you to your inheritance in heaven. However, the benefits of hope fall fully on you in the present. Because you are GOD’S, you don’t just pass time in your waiting. You can wait expectantly, in hopeful trust. Keep your “antennae” out to pick up even the faintest glimmer of GOD’S Presence.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. ROMANS 8:28
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.” JOHN 14 : 1
Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. PSALM 27 : 14
God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek. HEBREWS 6 : 18 – 20
Prayer: God help me to wait, to trust, and to hope in you. I wait expectantly for you to work everything out for my good as you promised in Romans 8:28. I can’t wait to see what you are going to do next. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJV
“The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.”
Ecclesiastes 7:8 NKJV
Have you ever noticed how most things finish better than they start if we have patience? Do you ever get the I want it now attitude? Well I know I have fallen into this trap and made a mess of many things. This scripture paints a clear picture that good things come to those who wait. The best we have to look forward too is the Lords return. Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for patience and in the process be humble…….Be Blessed

“WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT. As you take steps of faith, depending on GOD, GOD will show you how much HE can do for you. If you live your life too safely, you will never know the thrill of seeing The LORD work through you. When GOD gave you HIS Holy Spirit, GOD empowered you to live beyond your natural ability and strength. That’s why it is so wrong to measure your energy level against the challenges ahead of you. The issue is not your strength but GOD’S, which is limitless. By walking close to GOD, you can accomplish The LORD’S purposes in HIS strength.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7 (NKJV)
Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. GALATIANS 5 : 25
Prayer: God help me to walk close to you today so I can accomplish your purposes with your limitless strength. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“YOU ARE GOD’S FOR ALL TIME—and beyond time, into eternity. No power can deny you your inheritance in heaven. GOD wants you to realize how utterly secure you are! Even if you falter as you journey through life, GOD will never let go of your hand. Knowing that your future is absolutely assured can free you to live abundantly today. The LORD has prepared this day for you with the most tender concern and attention to detail. Instead of approaching the day as a blank page that you need to fill up, try living it in a responsive mode: being on the lookout for all that GOD is doing. This sounds easy, but it requires a deep level of trust, based on the knowledge that GOD’S way is perfect.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
If the LORD delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand. PSALM 37 : 23 – 24
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him. PSALM 18 : 30
Prayer: God thank you for the assurance that I am heaven bound and nothing can separate me from Heaven and from your love. I know I will have peaks and valleys here on earth, but I set my eyes on you Jesus regardless, my anchor in the storm. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
I John 1:5-7
This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (I John 1:5-7 NKJV)
It is so important as Christians to let our light shine, it is so easy when trials arise to shut the light off and let the dark show and that is exactly what the devil wants. To have true fellowship with The Lord is defined by our actions, remember non believers and some believers are watching what we do under the gun. Today I pray that we all would let our light shine to the glory of God, for he created light and he is light………..Be Blessed
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new
Jeremiah 33:3
“Call to me, and I will answer you; I will tell you wonderful and marvellous things that you know nothing about. (Jeremiah 33:3 GNT)
Where are you seeking your solutions from? Are you seeking The Lord first? Are you looking to the world for answers? Gods word tells us to call on him and he will show us the way. In the world today you are viewed as weak if you need help, we are misled to believe that our self efforts are the only solution. Today I pray that we all would seek God in our times of confusion. Misunderstanding , depression, etc….. He will always have the solution…… Be Blessed
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

“REST IN GOD’S RADIANT PRESENCE. The world around you seems to spin faster and faster, till everything is a blur. Yet there is a cushion of calm at the center of your life, where you live in union with GOD. Return to this soothing Center as often as you can, for this is where you are energized: filled with The LORD’S Love, Joy, and Peace. The world is a needy place; do not go there for sustenance. Instead, come to The LORD. Learn to depend on GOD alone, and your weakness will become saturated with GOD’S Power. When you find your completeness in GOD, you can help other people without using them to meet your own needs. Live in the Light of GOD’S Presence, and your light will shine brightly into the lives of others.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. GALATIANS 5 : 22
No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. 1 JOHN 4 : 12
Prayer: Lord help me to stay close to you today. More aware of your presence with me at all times. Let your light shine brightly through me into the life of others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
