Daily Devotional Video 6/17/2020 – PROVERBS 17 : 22, PROVERBS 31 : 25, MATTHEW 1 : 23, Matthew 11:28-29

“LEARN TO LAUGH at yourself more freely. Don’t take yourself or your circumstances so seriously. Relax and know that God is with you. When you desire GOD’S will above all else, life becomes much less threatening. Stop trying to monitor GOD’S responsibilities—things that are beyond your control. Find freedom by accepting the boundaries of your domain. Laughter lightens your load and lifts your heart into heavenly places. Your laughter rises to heaven and blends with angelic melodies of praise. Just as parents delight in the laughter of their children, so GOD delights in hearing HIS children laugh. GOD rejoices when you trust HIM enough to enjoy your life light-heartedly. Do not miss the Joy of GOD’S Presence by carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Rather, take The LORD’S yoke upon you and learn from HIM. GOD’S yoke is comfortable and pleasant; HIS burden is light and easily borne.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. PROVERBS 17 : 22

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. PROVERBS 31 : 25

“The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”—which means, “God with us.” MATTHEW 1 : 23

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:28-29 (ESV2001)

Prayer: Lord help me to laugh at myself more freely. To relax and let you fill me with your peace and joy. To remember you want me to live an abundant life with you both here and now and in Heaven. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Daniel 3:25 [KJV]

He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. (Daniel 3:25 [KJV])

Just as Jesus was there with the three in the fire to protect them he is with us during our biggest trials.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego had faith and would not renounce God in any situation, do you have that same faith? Today’s prayer is that we all would without a doubt trust and know that Jesus is there all the time and trust he will provide a way for us……..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Daily Devotional Video 6/16/2020 – EPHESIANS 2 : 10, MICAH 6 : 8

“STAY ON THE HIGH ROAD WITH GOD. Many voices clamor for your attention, trying to divert you to another path. But GOD has called you to walk ever so closely with HIM, soaking in HIS Presence, living in HIS Peace. This is GOD’S unique design for you, planned before the world began. GOD has called each of HIS children to a different path, distinctly designed for that one. Do not let anyone convince you that his path is the only right way. And be careful not to extol your path as superior to another’s way. What GOD requires of you is to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with GOD—wherever GOD leads.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. EPHESIANS 2 : 10

He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. MICAH 6 : 8

Prayer: God help me to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with you God. Help me to listen for your voice. You are the Sheppard and I am the sheep. Help me to learn your voice better than any other. And obey when I hear it. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭13

Every test that you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. But God keeps his promise, and he will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm; at the time you are put to the test, he will give you the strength to endure it, and so provide you with a way out. (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬ GNT)

Do you ever feel like ” how am I going to make it through this days circumstances?” Paul speaks about Gods faithfulness to never give us more than we can handle, and always giving us a way out. Today I pray that we would trust in God through the tough times and know that he is always faithful to his word……Be Blessed

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

Daily Devotional Video 6/15/2020 – 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18, ISAIAH 6 : 3, PSALM 130 : 5

“WHEN YOU APPROACH GOD in stillness and in trust, you are strengthened. You need a buffer zone of silence around you in order to focus on things that are unseen. Since GOD is invisible, you must not let your senses dominate your thinking. The curse of this age is over-stimulation of the senses, which blocks out awareness of the unseen world. The tangible world still reflects GOD’S Glory, to those who have eyes that see and ears that hear. Spending time alone with GOD is the best way to develop seeing eyes and hearing ears. The goal is to be aware of unseen things even as you live out your life in the visible world.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18

And they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” ISAIAH 6 : 3

I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I put my hope. PSALM 130 : 5

Prayer: Lord help me to approach you in stillness and trust, allowing you to strengthen me. Open my eyes to see and my ears to hear of your beautiful creation that reflect your glory all around me. Fill me with your peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7:8‬

“The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Have you ever noticed how most things finish better than they start if we have patience? Do you ever get the I want it now attitude? Well I know I have fallen into this trap and made a mess of many things. This scripture paints a clear picture that good things come to those who wait. The best we have to look forward too is the Lords return. Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for patience and in the process be humble…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new
2 Corinthians 5:17

‭Isaiah‬ ‭53‬:‭4-5

Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭53‬:‭4-5‬ )

Reality check! We sometimes think life is unfair, we complain about the most trivial things, we exchange our thankfulness of life in general for what? Today I pray that we would all remember the gift we were given when Jesus so graciously went to the cross in our place, that gift was Love and Life…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Romans‬ ‭13:8‬

“Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.” Romans‬ ‭13:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Are you loving to get something or are you loving because that’s what’s in your heart? To love someone is to give the same sacrifice that Christ gave on the cross! As hard as that maybe it’s truth. True love is forgiveness no matter what the circumstance. Today’s prayer is that Jesus would help us with forgiveness. And place on our hearts true love……In Jesus name be blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Daily Devotional Video 6/12/2020 – 1 CORINTHIANS 10 : 10, LUKE 1 : 79

“LET GOD HELP YOU get through this day. There are many possible paths to travel between your getting up in the morning and your lying down at night. Stay alert to the many choice-points along the way, being continually aware of GOD’S Presence. You will get through this day one way or the other. One way is to moan and groan, stumbling along with shuffling feet. This will get you to the end of the day eventually, but there is a better way. You can choose to walk with GOD along the path of Peace, leaning on The LORD as much as you need. There will still be difficulties along the way, but you can face them confidently in GOD’S strength. Thank The LORD for each problem you encounter, and watch to see how GOD transforms trials into blessings.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel. 1 CORINTHIANS 10 : 10 “

. . . to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.” LUKE 1 : 79

Prayer: Lord help me to walk with you on the path of peace, leaning on you the whole way. Thank you for transforming my trials into blessings. Nothing is wasted with you God. Guide me today in your path Lord. For your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hebrews‬ ‭13:16‬

“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.” Hebrews‬ ‭13:16‬ ‭

You know the saying ” it is better to give than to receive ” well we need to do all we can to live by these words. Everything we have is a blessing from God, therefore how can we not give to those in need? Today’s prayer is that we would have the faith to know that God will provide for his faithful and please God give to someone in need…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
