“BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. Follow GOD wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead, GOD knows; and that is enough! Some of GOD’S richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith-—not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul. Sometimes GOD leads you up a high mountain with only HIS hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of GOD’S Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. GOD will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let The LORD’S Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.”

“Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving;” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭4:2‬

Prayer is so important!!!! Have you ever noticed when you pray at night it’s so easy to be distracted? Yawn? Cut it short because you’re sooooo tired? I have, and that is the devil’s way of keeping you away from God!!!! Today’s prayer is to enter our prayer life with might and thanksgiving!!! Rebuke the distraction!!! Rebuke the yawn!!!! Rebuke sleepiness!!! And draw near to the Lord………Be Blessed

“REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in GOD’S Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons . . . anywhere. Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with GOD. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but The LORD will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to GOD, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days.”

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. Do you feel sometimes like your assignment is fulfilled? Nope!!!! I believe our assignment is life long. Paul knew that going to Rome would be his final assignment of the Lord but was obedient to the end. Opposition awaits us as believers but the gospel is life changing in places that we would least expect. Today’s prayer is that we against our fears would be obedient to our assignments and pray up before heading into them……..Be Blessed

“GOD IS THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH: Lord of all that is and all that will ever be. Although GOD is unimaginably vast, HE chooses to dwell within you, permeating you with HIS Presence. Only in the spirit realm could someone so infinitely great live within someone so very small. Be awed by the Power and the Glory of GOD’S Holy Spirit within you! Though the Holy Spirit is infinite, He deigns to be your Helper. He is always ready to offer assistance; all you need to do is ask. When the path before you looks easy and straightforward, you may be tempted to go it alone instead of relying on GOD. This is when you are in the greatest danger of stumbling. Ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to help you as you go each step of the way. Never neglect this glorious source of strength within you.”

Prayer: Lord thank you for your Holy Spirit who lives within me. He is my helper, guide, my comforter and counselor. Who am I that God would live in me? Help me to rely on You more often this week. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3:12-13‬ ‭

Forgiveness is not very common this day and age ! Life is so short and we are not promised tomorrow, so why hold the grudge? Today’s prayer is we would all live a life full of forgiveness, kindness, humility and love……Be Blessed

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lord’s return is eternal….. “WORSHIP GOD ONLY. GOD is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. GOD is taking care of you! The LORD is not only committed to caring for you, but HE is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in GOD, weary one, for this is a form of worship. Though self-flagellation has gone out of style, many of GOD’S children drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that The LORD is sovereign and that HIS ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent GOD as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship of GOD is lukewarm, because HE is no longer their First Love. GOD’S invitation never changes: Come to GOD, all you who are weary, and HE will give you rest. Worship GOD by resting peacefully in HIS Presence.”

Prayer: God, teach me to worship you by resting in you. Help me to go about my day the way Jesus did – intentional yet unhurried. And patient when detours come. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

All that we do in life should be unto the Lord and not to ourselves. I believe that God wants us to live a joyful and prosperous life, but giving all the glory to him.
