BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. – 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7, PSALM 96 : 6, JOHN 8 : 12, PSALM 36 : 9

“BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. Follow GOD wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead, GOD knows; and that is enough! Some of GOD’S richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith-—not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul. Sometimes GOD leads you up a high mountain with only HIS hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of GOD’S Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. GOD will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let GOD’S Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

We live by faith, not by sight. 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary. PSALM 96 : 6

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 12

For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. PSALM 36 : 9

Prayer: Lord like Abraham, help me to follow you wherever you lead me with excited anticipation of the good plan you have in store. Whether I’m on a mountain top or in a valley help me to hold onto your hand and trust you wholeheartedly. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ephesians‬ ‭6:12‬ ‭

“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.” Ephesians‬ ‭6:12‬ ‭

Ever wonder why bad things happen? Ever wonder why it seems like this broken world is so evil? Well it’s because Satan is ever so presence in the world we live in!!!! The Evil one wants chaos, pain, suffering, divorce, depression, hate , and all that is not good!!!! Take heart this is all temporal !!! Today’s prayer is that we would take heart and trust in God almighty!!! Take heart and trust in the promise he has left us in his word!!!! Grab your sword (Bible) and read and never stop reading!!! If you do you become prey on this world, but if you do you become sealed in his promise……. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances.

“REMEMBER THAT JOY is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in GOD’S Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons . . . anywhere. Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with GOD. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but GOD will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to GOD, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments. HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy in his dwelling place. 1 CHRONICLES 16 : 27

Prayer: Lord thank you that joy isn’t dependent on my circumstances but is a by product of living in your presence. In your presence is fullness of joy. Help me to stay there more often this week. I’m so grateful you are always available. What a privilege. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭22-23‬

When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings. (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭22-23‬ NLT)

This is a scripture to truly understand, Paul says he does all he can to win people to Christ!!!! He did not say he sets aside his morals to win souls. Today I see so many Christians following the worlds example, does the bible not say we are to be the Head not the Tail? Today I pray that we all would do all we can to win souls for the Lord without jeopardizing our morals, and remember to be the example that Jesus wants us to be……….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

‭‭Job‬ ‭1:21‬

“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.”
‭‭Job‬ ‭1:21‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I believe this is one of the most misunderstood scriptures in the Bible. The God we serve is a God of love. I believe this scripture speaks of God giving us all good, and the ” takes away” pertains to sorrow, bondage, addiction, pain, depression and restlessness. Today’s prayer is that we would embrace that we serve a God of love, he is a just God but a God of love that wills good for all that have called upon the name of Jesus…… Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2 : 16 – 17‬ ‭

“Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope, comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say.” ‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:16-17‬ ‭

Are you feeling down, stressed, alone today? There is a great comfort in our Lord Jesus, he has given us an eternal promise that will never fail. Today’s prayer is that we would rest in the comfort of our savior and realize man will fail us but Jesus never will, he is always there for us……..Be Blessed and turn to Jesus

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED GOD’S intimate nearness. – LUKE 12 : 7, JOHN 1 : 12, ROMANS 10 : 13

“NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED GOD’S intimate nearness. Marvel at the wonder of GOD’S continual Presence with you. Even the most ardent human lover cannot be with you always. Nor can another person know the intimacies of your heart, mind, and spirit. GOD knows everything about you— even to the number of hairs on your head. You don’t need to work at revealing yourself to GOD. Many people spend a lifetime or a small fortune searching for someone who understands them. Yet GOD is freely available to all who call upon HIS Name, who open their hearts to receive GOD as Savior. This simple act of faith is the beginning of a lifelong love story. GOD, the Lover of your soul, understands you perfectly and love you eternally.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. LUKE 12 : 7

Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. JOHN 1 : 12

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” ROMANS 10 : 13

Prayer: Lord thank you for your intimate nearness and your continual presence with me. I’m in awe the creator of the universe wants to be in an intimate relationship with me. Thank you for speaking to me continually. Help me to listen and then obey. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. (‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ NLT)

Are great things happening in your life? Do you accomplish things that you never thought you could?are you blessed beyond words? And the key, are you giving all the glory to God or taking all the credit yourself? Today I pray that we would recognize God in all of our victories and blessings and thank him continuously in all things…….Be Blessed

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

2 Corinthians 7:6

Paul here makes a general observation and then shares a specific testimony. First, he says, God comforts those who are cast down.

Over and over in Scripture we are reminded that it is precisely those who have fallen on their face before God who will be lifted up. It is the humble who will be exalted, and it is those who lose their life who will find it.

God, it seems, delights to show his abounding sufficiency in the weakness and shortcomings of his people. Therefore, we can rest assured that God will come to those who are spiritually cast down and will lift them up by his grace.

Paul further offers this, not only as a general observation concerning the goodness of God, but as a particular experience of his own life. This was, in other words, not a theoretical contention for Paul. “God comforts the disheartened,” Paul says; “I know, because He has comforted me.”

Paul himself knew what it was to be cast down, to be discouraged, to have doubts and fears. Believer, perhaps you have been thinking you are the only one who wrestles with such obstacles to joy. Not so… every Christian must learn over and again to live by faith, and not by sight.

When we do so, and look to Christ for our sufficiency, our experience will be the same as Paul’s — God will comfort us, as he does all who are cast down.

WORSHIP GOD ONLY. – 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15 – 16, ISAIAH 55 : 8 – 9, REVELATION 2 : 4, MATTHEW 11 : 28

https://youtu.be/QIK3h8611n0

“WORSHIP GOD ONLY. GOD is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. The LORD is taking care of you! GOD is not only committed to caring for you, but HE is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in The LORD for you are HIS weary one, for this is a form of worship. Though self-flagellation has gone out of style, many of GOD’S children drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that GOD is sovereign and that HIS ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent GOD as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship of GOD is lukewarm, because HE is no longer their First Love. GOD’S invitation never changes: Come to GOD, all you who are weary, and HE will give you rest. Worship GOD by resting peacefully in HIS Presence.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

. . . which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen. 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15 – 16

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” ISAIAH 55 : 8 – 9

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. REVELATION 2 : 4

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” MATTHEW 11 : 28

Prayer: Lord search my heart and show me any offensive way in me, show me anything I am putting before you. I want to put you first place in my life and you promise when I do everything else will fall into place. Help me to trust your timing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
