In today’s times it seems like people expect things, that they are owed something. As Christians we should never expect anything, but know that we are blessed in everything, doing for others produces blessings because God is faithful, we shouldn’t expect blessings for doing for others, it’s just the way God works. Is it hard for you to ask for help? Do you fell like you are weak if you do ask for help? God is waiting with open arms to help us through any situation or struggle, weakness comes from those who are proud, strength comes to those who humble themselves at the foot of the cross. By the time you rise from your bed, GOD has already prepared the way before you. The LORD eagerly awaits your first conscious thought. The LORD rejoices when you glance HIS way. Bring GOD the gift of thanksgiving, which opens your heart to rich communion with The LORD. Because The LORD is God, from whom all blessings flow, thankfulness is the best way to draw near HIM. “HOLD GOD’S HAND—AND TRUST. So long as you are conscious of GOD’S Presence with you, all is well. It is virtually impossible to stumble while walking in the Light with GOD. The LORD designed you to enjoy HIM above all else. You find the deepest fulfillment of your heart in GOD alone. Fearful, anxious thoughts melt away in the Light of The LORD’S Presence. When you turn away from GOD, you are vulnerable to the darkness that is always at work in the world. Don’t be surprised by how easily you sin when you forget to cling to GOD’S hand. In the world, dependency is seen as immaturity. But in GOD’S kingdom, dependence on GOD is a prime measure of maturity.”

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ISAIAH 41 : 10

Find rest, Oh my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. PSALM 62 : 5 – 6

Prayer: Find rest, Oh my soul, in God alone. My hope and my help comes from you Lord. Help me to stay conscious of your presence today and to enjoy you above all else. In you, I find the deepest fulfillment of my soul. In Jesus name. Amen.

Are you anxious about anything? Are you focusing on the negative surroundings? This psalm is saying put your everything in the hands of God, the impure thoughts, worry, stress, anger, God can handle it. The LORD’S continual Presence is a promise, guaranteeing that you never have to face anything alone. The LORD’S children teethe on the truth that GOD is always with them, yet they stumble around in a stupor, unaware of HIS loving Presence all around them. How that grieves GOD! When you walk through a day in trusting dependence on The LORD, HIS aching heart is soothed. Gently bring your attention back to GOD whenever it wanders away. Please don’t judge, leave that to God almighty because we will all be judged at the seat of Christ. So many like to play the holier than thou!!!! But we all fall short all day everyday if we are honest with ourselves. Today’s prayer is we would be helpers not the ones that drive brothers and sisters from Jesus!!!! “THANK GOD for the very things that are troubling you. You are on the brink of rebellion, precariously close to shaking your fist in GOD’S Face. You are tempted to indulge in just a little complaining about GOD’S treatment of you. But once you step over that line, torrents of rage and self-pity can sweep you away. The best protection against this indulgence is thanksgiving. It is impossible to thank GOD and curse GOD at the same time. Thanking GOD for trials will feel awkward and contrived at first. But if you persist, your thankful words, prayed in faith, will eventually make a difference in your heart. Thankfulness awakens you to GOD’S Presence, which overshadows all your problems.”

I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD. PSALM 116 : 17 (NKJV)

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4 – 6

Prayer: Lord teach me to thank you for the very things that are troubling me. I know you will bring good out of all of them and you use trials to teach me dependence on you. I’m open to your teaching Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“WAIT PATIENTLY WITH GOD while HE blesses you. Don’t rush into GOD Presence with time-consciousness gnawing at your mind. The LORD dwells in timelessness: GOD is, GOD was, GOD will always be. For you, time is a protection; you’re a frail creature who can handle only twenty-four-hour segments of life. Time can also be a tyrant, ticking away relentlessly in your mind. Learn to master time, or it will be your master. Though you are a time-bound creature, seek to meet GOD in timelessness. As you focus on GOD’S Presence, the demands of time and tasks will diminish. The LORD will bless you and keep you, making HIS Face shine upon you graciously, giving you Peace.”

But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. MICAH 7 : 7

“The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” NUMBERS 6 : 24 – 26

Prayer: Lord help me not to rush my time with you and to trust that when I give you the sacrifice of my time you will help me get more done in less time. Show me how to relax in your presence. Soaking in your goodness and kindness and love so I can share it with others today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
